We got a 1 bedroom apartment that was combined with a room so it provided enough privacy for 2 families, yet communal space to hang out. "Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent"
