"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause. Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu. "This is a very nice boutique hotel right next to the Piazza Church square. Quiet and tucked away in a private entry way. Our room overlooks the church square and was very spacious including a fully stocked kitchenette. Very impressive that it was so thoughtful with pots pans plates wine glasses fridge with simple snacks and drinks. Would definitely come back to stay if we return to Parma"
