We booked this house for Thanksgiving weekend. Even tho the weather was awful, we were able to enjoy our weekend. Luckily, there was an option to have the pool heated and we were able to keep our 4 year old entertained and distracted from the fact that he couldn't swim at the beach. I really enjoyed the layout of this property. There was plenty of room. The property manager was very kind and accommodating. I look forward to booking this property again in the near future.

The perfect space for our family get together! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably (party of 10) and a great open space to cook and enjoy time together around the table! Clean and neat and very well appointed. Hosts were very helpful and everything was just as they said it would be! Will for sure make this a place for gathering again.

Great location minutes from the beach and town. Good for driving around with the golf cart. We had 4 little kids and 4 adults and the 3 bedrooms are sufficient. There are pull out beds for much more people. Kids love the heated pool and golf cart ride to the beach. Owners are very responsive and accommodating through texts. Great stay!

Here are our pros and cons: Pros - Host was very responsive. The Large living space and the kitchen are a plus. We love that we were able to spend some quality time together. Having the pool was so much fun for the kids. Cons - It wasn't as cleaned as we had hoped. The Bathrooms could need a proper cleaning. The area rugs needs some deep cleaning as well or swap out. Both, for the upstairs and the downstairs living spaces.

We had a blast. Even though the weather was an issue and we didn't get to do what we went for but with the house having a pool we still had a great time. The house was not stocked with essentials. We had to purchase dish soap and toilet paper and paper towels. The dishes were not that clean and we had to wash some before using them. The downstairs bedroom did not have bathroom supplies like upstairs had. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

My family and I just got back from a 3 day stay and I only have great things to say! The home its self was beautiful and clean. We had Lenny of space for all 10 of us with no stepping on toes. The kitchen had everything we needed, the weather wa a little cooler the first day but the heated pool made it still possible to enjoy some time outside. The yard was well taken care of and we enjoyed the putting green in the backyard. We were just a couple min from the beach and a couple min from the main strip where we could go shopping get something to eat. In fact there is a Domino’s pizza right behind the property which made it very convenient one evening. We drove just a few min and got to watch the dolphins swimming, which was a fun outing! I know spring break and Summer are high peak times but the end of Dec was wonderful!!! We work from home so this might be a place where we can get away to do work anytime of year!

The property wasn't very clean, broken Murphy bed in downstairs that could not be used, kitchen not fully stocked, sofa bed in living room needs replacing because it was so lumpy, saw several large roaches in bathroom & kitchen. House needs better maintenance & cleanup.
