Spring Break stay

This property was indeed walking distance from Whitecap Beach. Super convenient plus it is near the stores for the grab and go needs. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Great Beach Bargain

Loved the ground floor location. Private covered porch at entrance. Room was perfect, one bedroom and one sofa sleeper. Washer/dryer. Didn't cook here, but everything was available. Very nice neighbor who is a long term resident. Pool is excellent maintained

Lovely place

We loved our stay here. Eva was kind enough to let us re-schedule following Hurricane Hanna. The location is perfect - beach access is literally 5 mins walking. We brought bikes but only used them a couple of times to go to the Packery Channel Jetty.

Great Location! Not Super Clean

The location was fabulous. Literally steps to the beach- it was about a 3 minute walk. The linens, floors and counters appeared clean, but everything else needs a good deep cleaning. Bedroom is not private, there is no door or privacy screen - however, I could have just overlooked that information in the listing. Complex was quiet, checking in and out was easy and the price was great.

This place is in the perfect location. The property manager has stocked the kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal with. It was absolutely clean. No one could want anything more just have a fun time.

This place is great. It has everything you need for an awesome beach vacation. It is a short walk from the beach (about 2 blocks). My family and I stayed there to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday and the owner left a surprise for her; a big '8' balloon and some small presents she adored. I couldn't recommend this rental enough.

Quaint Beach Condo

The Condo is perfect less than a block from the beach and two miles from stores. The condo was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The property owners even has beach items to lend out. The process was simple and owner is super responsive. She even sent us notice about a bridge closure!

The perfect location

North Padre is a great place to vacation and this condo was perfect for our family! We visited multiple beaced on the island but the beach within walking distance was by far our favorite. My oldest was even able to sign up for a surf camp which is held at the beach within walking distance. I love how there is a wagon, chairs and even boogie boards for the beach at the condo. I highly recommend staying here and the host is great at communicating if any questions arise.
