Comfortable furnishings, tile and carpet, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Sleeping arrangements include a king & queen size bed, and a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Flat screen TVs in the bedrooms and living area. Kitchen area open to the dining & living areas. Private balcony provides great views, stairs to the water, boat slip, pool & hot tub areas. **NO PETS**

Comfortable and clean

We stayed a couple of nights and it was very comfortable. Beds were just right and the balconey was fantastic with its own set of stairs to the water. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic Coastal Retreat

My brother and I stayed at this location and loved it. Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, large TVs in every room, Cold AC, and a boat slip if you come to fish. The location is close to everything on Padre Island and Corpus. Great price and value! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for us and our vacation. Owners were super responsive. Only "complaint" I have is that the kitchen needs to have more basic supplies as we cooked most of our meals there instead of going out.
