Island Retreat Condo Unit 103 is completely remodeled in 2013 with tile floors, granite countertops, new bathrooms and fenced back patio.

The kitchen has new stainless appliances, breakfast bar and is open to the dining and living room areas. The living room features a flat screen tv, and large windows.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a custom headboard and a flat screen tv. The Master Bath has a walk in shower, granite counter tops and plenty of shelves and space for all your personal items. There are two large guest bedrooms. Back bedroom also has flat screen tv.

The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, granite counter tops, custom tile work on walls and plenty of shelves and storage. There is a safety bar in the tub area.

Enjoy this great condo in the Island Retreat complex. Plenty of room for your family. Sleeps 8 people.

Favorite place to stay in Port Aransas

We have stayed here before and, as always,it was the perfect place for our family. The condo is updated, in a good location, and furnished with everything we need.

Short walk to the beach

The area is very calmed & family friendly. The place was very clean & comfortable. The only sad part is the pool closing hours at 10pm, we like to stay longer while on vacation.

Great Location

Love the amenities at this condo (pool, grills, basketball, volleyball and pickleball courts). You are super close to the beach and can walk or drive there. The condo was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice getaway

Very clean and well kept condo on a well kept property. We appreciated the easy check-in process, condo amenities, the property swimming pools, and very close access to the beach. We'll definitely consider this place on our on next trip to Port A.

Great condo for family beach trip.

Have stayed here for the past 4 years and love the layout for my family. The beds work great for our adult kids and my mom and uncle. Also having a dining table is a must and the condo is well supplied in the kitchen and bathrooms. And being on the first floor is perfect for my older mom and uncle. Overall, a wonderful condo.

Great little condo close to the beach!

This was a great property to stay at with friends and family. Very close to the beach and positioned between two nice boardwalks. Both pools on site were nice and clean. Plenty to do for kids as well with a basketball court, sand volleyball and a playground with plenty of room to run. We hope this Condo is available during our next visit. 10/10

Great condo for the beach

Great condo on the first floor. Beds are good for couples, kids and friends. Kitchen is well stocked, and there is a nice size table to eat on &/or play games. And there is a walkway to the beach at the complex.

Close to the beach

No direct view of the water due to the sand dunes but its a 5 minute walk to the beach. They had security guards on site to keep people from the sand fest event from coming into the property which was nice and unexpected. The condo was spacious and clean

Very nice condo for our beach stay

This condo at IR was perfect for my family. There were 8 of us, and everyone had a bed. The condo is very comfortable, nicely fixed up, and on the first floor which was great for my 89 yr old mother. The furniture was soft and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our meals. And the walk to the beach was easy from the pathway nearby. Will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Better Than Expected

The condo was perfect! It was very easy communicating with Ms Addie. She was very accommodating and we will MOST DEFINITELY be staying here again. The rooms are spacious and clean. The patio we had was enclosed and perfect for our little ones. Our walk to the beach was about 5 minutes or less. If you are looking to be comfortable and enjoy Port Aransas I recommend this rental.

The condo was very spacious for 6 of us and was decorated very nice! The beach was within walking distance using the boardwalks. The pool was awesome and doesn’t close until 11 pm which was perfect to wind down the day. Addie was very quick to respond to my messages and questions. Loved that they have security on the property. I will Be recommending Addie’s place to friends and family! ********** 10 star rating!

Great Condo

Condo was as described. Very well stocked, great location, the security was so nice to have they gave parking passes and wrist bands. The price was very fair, check in and out was very easy, host was quick to respond when asked a question and there was plenty of parking. We used the grill outside which was very convenient. Condo and complex were surprisingly quiet for the week of Spring Break. We will definitely try to rent this condo again in the future.
