The Gnarly Marlin EP653, is a beautifully furnished four bedroom, three bath home in Port Aransas, just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. The Gnarly Marlin offers all of the amenities you need to enjoy a luxurious beach vacation. Soak up some sun at the private pool or load up and head to the beach. *Heated Pool: $175 for the length of your stay. Please request when making reservations. Takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. Guests have access to 1 garage.
This luxury home offers a fully stocked kitchen and spacious living area. The primary bedroom, located on the second floor, offers a plush king bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. The upstairs guest bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. There is a full size pull out in the living room as well. The downstairs apartment has a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, with one twin trundle, and a bathroom. Just outside the apartment is covered outdoor pool side seating with the finest of lounge furniture. Relax on an outdoor balcony with seating areas that overlooks the private pool. This home offers a deluxe gas/charcoal grill.

Perfect Family Beach Vacation

This was the perfect beach house for our family and grandkids! We had a blast spending time at the beach, which was just a short 5 minute drive and then coming back to enjoy the pool. The house was very clean, plenty of room and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back next year!

Summer vacation

Maintenance crew was on the air conditioner job for 7 hours but fixed a problem that had reported by another group. Fire alarms needed new batteries at 4 am reported around 10 and crew was on the spot. Thank you. We had a great time! Will stay again as this was #2 time to stay here.

It lacked in some aspects, coffee maker worked off and on until last day then totally quit, we had a small child with us and could not locate a mop or broom to clean up after her. The TVs in the upstairs bedrooms did not have connections to internet so could not be used, the door going to the upstairs deck from living room was very difficult to shut and the light in the pool did not work.

Kitchen had large cockroaches. On several occasions when walking into the kitchen area there were large roaches crawling around. This made it uncomfortable to leave even packaged food on counters or cabinets. Due to the short stay and lack of time we just decided to avoid the kitchen. Great location, close to everything, and not in a busy traffic area. Unfortunately for us we didn’t get to fully enjoy, but if cleaned better it’s an enjoyable place. Therefore, I would recommend to a friend with hopes for a cleaner environment.

Port A Escapes was very prompt in coming to empty full trash cans that had not been put out from previous renters. Would recommend this house. Also rented Hydro Therapy across the street. A darling decorated home and very comfortable. Downstairs apartment is great for grandparents to get away. Very nice outdoor space and pool area. Outdoor games advertised were missing as were sheets for air beds that complete the number of people this home can accommodate. We made do and enjoyed both houses very much. Would recommend both houses.

Everything was great!

Everything was great! We did have a issue getting the pool warmed but they gave our money back for 1 day and got it going the next.. The only thing I personally had a issue with is the golf cart in the garage. Once my kids seen it, they wanted to ride it. If it’s not for rent Why have it to where we have access to it?! But overall everything was good.
