Channelview CV213 is a fabulous upscale condo is on the 3rd floor with elevator access! Enjoy fishing from the private pier or walk to many of the fine restaurants or bars Port Aransas has to offer. This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers everything you will need for the perfect vacation. The unit has a king, two queens and two rollaway twins. After a long day at the beach relax in the huge community pool or sit and have a cocktail while watching the boats pass through the channel. Sorry, pets are NOT allowed. Parking for 1 with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night plus tax. Please request when booking.

- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
-Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions

- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

We loved being so close to the pier and marina. We also appreciated two double beds in the second bedroom. Perfect for two grown kids. Would definitely return!

Good location

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Chose bc of the location. Could have been cleaner. Had to request a few new linens. Management was quick to respond and get those to us. The ad says the second room has queens, but they are double beds. FYI Also, the unit above us was under construction. Noise from 9-5 which didn’t bother us too much bc we were not there to be in our condo. We stayed during the week, so not sure if they are working on it during weekends also.

Pier fishing enjoyed

Security walking the property was nice. I thought the king bed was comfortable. The negatives were half way threw our stay they started construction right above us. Laying floors aircompressor, nail gun and music at 8:30 am. We planned a morning to cook breakfast. The pans provided were a challenge they were all warped and made little contact with the heating element. The dishes were put back in the cabinets dirty. One of the cabinet doors fell off with barely a touch. Overall we had a nice stay. We would definitely stay again. We will just bring a few pots and pans from home next time.

Summertime 2021

The condo was very nice, clean, exactly what we wanted for our grandson who loves to fish. That was the main reason we rented this condo was because of the fishing pier! We are actually coming back in October. The only issue we had was the oven was new but not working so menu had to be adjusted which I wasn't happy about. I filed a maintenance report got an email that they received my request but nothing was done while we were there. Hopefully they get it fix before the next renters come in.

T.V.'s we very OUTDATED even though we were told that all the TV's were upgraded. We have stayed in this room a couple of years ago, and nothing has changed. except they had very few kitchen supplies (no blender very few knives etc). We have always been happy with the Condos but this time it was just ok. And the whole "NEW PROCESS" wasn't a plesent experience either. Next time we will being stayin in another room.

Needs Improvement

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit smells like it has been smoked in, a LOT. When we asked Port A Escapes to remedy, they offered to spray some Ozium or run their Ozone machine while we were out of the unit. This just simply isn't sufficient, and they should have offered to relocate us to another unit or provide a discount, or something else. We love the Channelview, but will not stay in Unit 213 ever again.
