Enjoy your private courtyard with outdoor seating and charcoal grill, perfect for family gatherings, a designer community pool just steps away and a boardwalk in the back of the neighborhood to the beach. This 3 bedroom 2 bath upscale condo is well-appointed with coastal décor, tile flooring and conveniently all on one level. The living room consists of a fireplace, plush couch, recliner and chaise lounge ideal for relaxing while watching your favorite movie on the large wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Show off your culinary skills in the open kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Savor the freshly made meals at the dining table with seating for six and additional seating for three at the island. Take advantage of the coffee bar provided with a Keurig and regular coffee maker and sip your cup out back on the private patio. The master bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, chest, fireplace, wall-mounted TV and a bench at the foot of the bed. The unique e-suite bathroom has a vanity, tile shower with bench and access to the courtyard through a sliding glass door. There is also entry to this bathroom from the kitchen. On the other side of the house are the two guest rooms (BR2) & (BR3) with Queen beds, closet and share a pass-through bathroom with vanity and tub/shower with views of the back patio and yard.
