The room was clean but did not have hot water in the kitchen area. I felt like we were in the same room as our next door neighbors. There was loud noise from their children very early and we could smell the breakfast they were cooking as well. We had a great view of the pool and could see the water/ beach from the balcony. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a good price point. We were right on the beach and we were able to easily rent a golf cart to get around the beach. It was fun and a great experience for our first visit to Port Aransas. Would stay again but will probably choose a different room in the resort.

It’s a beautiful room, beautiful view, overall a very nice stay. Awesome boardwalk to the beach. But this suite is connected to another with just a latched door in between, so we could hear the neighbors as if they were in the room with us. We were unlucky to be next to a family with very loud young children. Won’t be the same for everyone, but that is what happened to us. It was positive overall, but we had very noisy neighbors.
