This condo is located near marker #3. The brand new décor comes with worry-free furnishings which include linens, new granite counters throughout, galley style kitchen with pantry and clean white appliances, microwave, standard coffee maker, dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, silverware to meet all of your culinary needs. The dining table has seating for 4. The open floorplan has plenty of seating in the living room with 2 couches, a large screen TV, cable and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom (BR1) has a Queen size bed, a nightstand, chest, closet, wall-mounted TV. Right outside the room is the hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Great location

Overall, the condo was clean and comfortable. It's probably a 10 minute walk to the beach although not close enough if you have a lot of beach gear. There's not a lot of options in PortA with direct beach access - this condo is the next best. It's back patio overlooks the pool which is a nice sized pool. What's lacking: it's an older complex and the walls are thin, but inside of condo is in good condition.
