It’s a quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for the boat. We liked how central it was to the boat ramps and Rockport. The house had all the essentials

Bryan stay

We had a great time. The distance to the pool Was nice and we were minutes away from every thing we wanted to see and do. Wasn’t sure about check out. Wasn’t clear on what we were required to do or clean. So we pulled all the sheets off and put them in the washer room. I washed all the towels but as unable to dry them in time. We set the thermostat to 75. Was unsure how to turn it off. We bagged up and took out all Trash and Put new trash bags in the trash can. As well as the washer the dishes in the dishwasher. The only thing I could say that I wish was different was the communication on check out.
