For an older motel, it is directly a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 feet from an excellent Restaurant/Coctail lounge, 1 minute walk to several other nice restaurants/coctail lounges and the US 181 Freeway is in it's front yard. Such a good value and the friendliest management. I always stay there when I travel to North Beach, Corpus Christi, Texas.

The rooms are generally clean, however I don't think they are clean enough. They had a very strong smell and it doesn't seem like they clean the surroundings. The bathrooms need maintenance, but the caretaker's service was good, fast, and very attentive.

It was on the beach but the beach was nasty. the room smelled moldy floor wet..Dirty towels and tub was old and gross. the 3 year old would not get in it.

Room looked like it had been cleaned in 5 minutes. Bedsheets smelled like urine and they didn’t have any sheets to spare; gave us towels instead, which were dirty. Woman at the seemed annoyed at the request of new sheets. AC was cold but smelled like mold.
