For an older motel, it is directly a 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 feet from an excellent Restaurant/Coctail lounge, 1 minute walk to several other nice restaurants/coctail lounges and the US 181 Freeway is in it's front yard. Such a good value and the friendliest management. I always stay there when I travel to North Beach, Corpus Christi, Texas.

Room looked like it had been cleaned in 5 minutes. Bedsheets smelled like urine and they didn’t have any sheets to spare; gave us towels instead, which were dirty. Woman at the seemed annoyed at the request of new sheets. AC was cold but smelled like mold.
