PET POLICY
- Pet friendly for up to 2 pets
- Stays of 1–29 days: $100 per pet plus a $25 cleaning fee
- Stays of 30 days or longer: $200 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- 2-night minimum stay; 3-night minimum required during summer holidays
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years old
- Signed rental agreement and valid ID required
- Klarna and Affirm payments are not accepted
- Wi-Fi and cable service may be limited due to coastal conditions

VILLAGE WALK CONSTRUCTION NOTICE
The Village Walk community is scheduled to undergo street construction starting mid-September until further notice, weather permitting. During this time, guests may experience construction-related noise and will need to use alternate community parking areas. Parking will remain available within the community. Guests will receive a reminder regarding the ongoing project after booking.
