PB220: The Main Sail:
3BR / 3BA / 8 Guests / No Pets Allowed / Shared Pool / Shared Charcoal Grills / Parking for 2 Vehicles / No Garage Use / Additional Guest Parking / Parking Passes Enforced

The Main Sail is located in the Pirates Bay community. This newly built townhome offers all the amenities you will need to enjoy a relaxing destination get-away. As you enter through the private breezeway, you are greeted with soothing colors and elegant nautical décor with ample outdoor seating. Prepare the day's catch in the kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, Keurig coffee maker, spacious countertops, and stocked with basic pots, pans and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for six and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Gather in the living room to watch movies or sports on the wall-mounted TV while seated on the couch, love seat or matching accent chairs. There is a set of Twin built-in bunk beds in the hall alcove area, just off of the living room. There are two master suites (BR1 & BR2) outfitted with King beds, wall-mounted TV's and ensuite bathrooms with stand-alone showers. The third bedroom (BR3) consists of two Twin beds and the use of a hall bathroom with a shower. Cool off in the large shared pool, lounge beside it in the sunshine, grill burgers or hot dogs on the shared grills, sit at the covered tables or take the kids to play at the playground. Life's a breeze while staying at the Main Sail. Book today!!

We were so excited to stay here but when we got to the house, we started trying to put away some groceries and the pantry along with every single cabinet was filled with cooking utensils or dishes or something. Literally no room to put dry food except on the counters. Then we go to the bedrooms and the back room where the door jam is off center so the door doesn’t close all the way. The shower had hair on the walls. The closet in that same back room is FILLED with pillows and sheets so we couldn’t use the closet at all. Also… The water heater barely heats the water from the kitchen all the way to the back rooms. So cold showers and no hot water for the washing machine or dish washer. The door handle to the middle bathroom was broken and would fall off in our hands (luckily we had a screwdriver and fixed it). The middle bedroom didn’t have a working ceiling light. Upon our investigation, a previous renter must have pulled the light chain and broke it so the light is not able to be turned on. And lastly… the door keypad ran out of battery our last night and locked us out of the house. We had to open a window and send one of our kids in to open the door. Luckily for us the window is broken so even though it was locked it was still able to be opened with ease from the outside. Obviously this is a huge safety hazard though. Oh the WiFi code they have posted and text out is wrong. And the pool code is wrong. Needless to say, we did not enjoy this house very much.

Family trip

Upon arrival, the property was so filthy. We walked in to so much dirt, dust & bugs (roaches and others). I immediately reached out, sent pictures & they sent cleaners within the hour. We went to the pool while they cleaned the house and returned when finished. It smelled cleaned but was still so dirty. Bugs still in master room/bathroom and one of the other bedrooms. The dirty bath mats weren’t switched out. The baseboards full of dirt/dust/hair, as well as the fans beings so dusty we didn’t even want to turn them on. You couldn’t walk barefoot on the floor without your feet turning black. We went ahead and rewashed bedding ourselves. I sent an email that night expressing my disappointment, especially since we had our young children with us. We have stayed in the community before and loved it, as well as many other Vrbo rental units and we have never experienced one like this. They reached out the next day and offered to move us to another house within the community and said they would send the cleaners to that house prior to us moving our stuff in. At that point, my husband felt it was too late to do that as we had already stayed in the current dirty house overnight and we had to head out for dinner within the hour. We also didn’t know the condition of the house they wanted to move us to so repacking to unpack for that also seemed pointless. Luckily we had friends staying in another house so we basically only slept in our house.

The layout of this condo is very nice. The pool was fun. Great option if you don’t mind driving to the beach. Will stay again!

EXCELLENT Weekend in Port A

Apartment was exactly as described. Management was great, made sure we had everything we needed. Check out was easy. Definitely will use again.

Gorgeous house in a cute community

With so many to pick from, I rolled the dice and came out a winner. New house with everything you need. The best part for us was the private porch/breezeway. Easy checking/out. Zero problems. Fast communication with property manager. All in all a winner.
