We recently stayed at this condo in Port Aransas. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out. We contacted the property manager, who responded quickly and sent a cleaning crew. However, even after the cleaning, the condo still wasn’t in great condition — there were crumbs on the floor, and we found the plastic hygienic liner from a women’s swimsuit still stuck to the wall, which was pretty off-putting. The property manager mentioned over the phone that she would comp us and asked how we booked, but there was no follow-up after that.Aside from those issues, the condo itself is nice and well-equipped for a beach trip. The pool was enjoyable, and the beach was easy to access by car. Just a heads up — the gravel road to the beach is full of potholes and makes for a bumpy ride. During the week the beach was fairly quiet, but it got very busy on Saturday.With a more thorough cleaning process and better follow-through from management, this place could offer a much better experience.
