LIVING AREA

The open-concept living space boasts welcoming, coastal decor throughout – with fresh white accents and blue tones that add coastal charm. Find wood flooring and large windows throughout.

After a fun-filled beach day, kick back in the living area on the armchairs and large sectional to watch a movie on the 50' TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen features a large island with seating for three and a full suite of Samsung stainless steel appliances. Dine in style at the table for 10 under a stylish chandelier.

BED & BATH

The tranquil master bedroom has a comfy king-size bed, 32' TV, and a walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, stunning tile work, and walk-in shower. An adjacent guest room includes a queen bed and 32' TV. A guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs, the third bedroom has a plush king bed and a 32' TV. The fourth bedroom is configured with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 32' TV. The third bathroom includes a shower/tub combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Accessible from the living area and the master bedroom, the covered patio offers seating and an outdoor dining table with views of the pond.

Mustang Royale is a charming gulf-front community of vibrant candy-colored beach houses. Go birding at the on-site ponds, or take a short stroll to the beach via a convenient boardwalk.

Play the 9-hole Palmilla Golf Club (an Arnold Palmer Signature Course) less than 3 minutes north.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Beach Stay

Nice house with plenty of room for friends or family. We liked the open kitchen/family room. Comfortable and clean. Walk to beach is farther away than expected so you may want to rent a golf cart to transport kids and beach gear. Wish the beds in bedrooms were able to accommodate king sized beds. Overall a nice place to stay.

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful stay at 190 Mustang Royale Beach house. It's in a great location, walking distance to the beach and a few minutes drive to great restaurants and shopping. The home is in great condition, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with necessities if you choose to stay in and cook. It has front & back patios with ceiling fans which made it nice to relax and enjoy being outdoors. We would definitely recommend this home and look forward to staying here again.

The home is beautiful but couch had a large stain and a broken back. The dishes were beautiful but cooking utensils needed to be replaced. Overall we had a wonderful time and there was plenty of room for all.

Review

The only thing we were disappointed in was there wasn’t a grill at the property. It shows a grill in one of the pictures, although it is not listed in the amenities section. That was the first VRBO property I’ve stayed at that didn’t have an outdoor grill of some sort. Other than that we really enjoyed the property.

There were not enough bath towels and no wash cloths. For the price it was to much. It was a nice house but would prefer closer beach access in the future.

Family getaway

The house was just a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean and provided enough dishes and utensils for our family of 10. We enjoyed the grassy backyard and pond next to it, as well as the community pool across the street. The only complaint was the dishwasher was out of order and the property management did not consider that and leave extra towels and dish soap. We had to purchase. The house interior could use a fresh coat of paint as well as the front and back exterior doors.

The layout perfectly suited our group of five adults and two children (couple with two kids upstairs, one couple and grandma in two bedrooms downstairs). Kitchen was well-stocked and the boardwalk to the beach was very close. We walked there multiple times a day. Additionally, the porch overlooked a pond out back and our kids had fun fishing (catch and release). We did not use the pool, so I can't comment on that. Otherwise, great place! (Also -- I always worry about roaches when we stay at the coast, but I can report that we saw none in the house during our stay :)

Great place - not a lot included

The house was great- the layout is great. However, usually when I have stayed in these houses for beach vacations, there are things included like trash bags and laundry detergent. While there was some - they were like samples. And 4 trash bags for the main trash in the kitchen is not enough for a family of 7 staying 5 days. I could have messaged turnkey, and maybe I should have, but who wants to spend their vacation doing that? The point is, you need to bring extras with you when staying here. For the price of this rental, it should include trash bags.

Second time to rent this house

We've enjoyed our stay for the second time due to the flooplan, location of this house and cleanliness.. However, we do have some suggestions after visiting a second time.. This past weekend, we weren't able to access WIFI, and also it wasnt password protected.. We all work remotely so it was def a bit of a inconvenience. Secondly, I would suggest having a few extra blankets in the bedrooms. Lastly, this house backs to the pond and the mosquitos were terrible this year. Id suggest to the HOA to have the area treated and fogged during the busy summer months. Overall, the house has everything you need, and it's nice floorplan for our family which is why we've rented it twice in a row. If you come, dont forget to order a golf cart for easy access to the beach!

Beautiful Blue Coastal Themed Vacation Home

Blue coastal decor was relaxing and pretty. The home was roomy spacious and easy to cook, visit with friends and family and plenty of room to play cards and games! The kitchen was great - bakeware, pots and pans, utensils, and pretty dishes that I used for a brunch and it was so nice!

Great property

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home was very clean upon arrival. We had 2 older individuals that stayed in the primary room with en suite and walk-in shower. They also appreciated that the entrance to the home was on the ground floor. The neighborhood swimming pool was super close but a bit dirty so we only went swimming there once. We had an issue with the wifi and it was fixed before we left. We did have to try a couple of different people before getting it fixed but finally Melissa with vacasa came out and got everything squared away. There is a walkway to the beach and it is big enough for a golf cart. We chose to rent one and we're so happy we did. It made everything so much easier. The beach was seaweedy but it wasn't when we went in October, so it's probably just a seasonal thing.

We highly recommend this house.

We have stayed here four times. Three times for Christmas. Seems with the new mgmt co. We had everything we needed. Always Like being on the marsh. It’s very peaceful. Living area downstairs works great for us.
