The Commons at Seashell is a great spot for renting one unit for up to 10 people or multiple units for up to 90 people for family reunions, retreats, and gatherings of friends. There is a large, shared pool, hammocks for relaxing, picnic tables for outdoor cookouts under the shade of a cabana in the center of the units. Each unit has an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day of playing in the sand. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large, shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with a brightly colored beachside vibe. A red couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, navy loveseat and two accent chairs sit before a flat-screen TV, made for relaxing. Beside the living room are a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath. There's plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the large wood dining table with seating for eight. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features the sink in the center of the bar with four stools, white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker and microwave. Cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the condo's 3 breezy bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstands, closet for your beach attire, wall-mounted TV and large window for sunlight and view of the pool. The ensuite bathroom has a vanity and tile shower. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR3) has a set of custom-built Full over Full bunk beds and a dresser. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a coastal theme and a tub/ shower unit with a glass door enclosure. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR2) has a queen-size bed, TV, 2 nightstands, chair for reading a book and closet. The Commons is approximately four blocks from the beach. The floors are cement on the ground floor and pine upstairs for easy clean-up. The walls are 10" thick pine to keep things quiet and cozy.
