Lite House is a brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow that provides the perfect location for enjoying the beach, fishing, dining and just having fun in the Port Aransas area.

Lite House offers a wonderful open floor plan. The nicely equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious dinner. The dining table offers seating for 6. Relax in the spacious living room while watching your favorite shows on the Smart flat screen TV.

The warm tones of the spacious master bedroom sets the tone for a relaxing night's sleep. This bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV. The bunk room has a set of full over full beds. Both bedrooms share the full size bathroom in the hall. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Lite House is close to the beach, shares a pool and is the perfect location for you next getaway to Port Aransas.

Excellent, clean, well-furnished property. Exactly as advertised. Perfectly located. Great for a couple's get away, but this property had enough space to accomodate our kids had we brought them. Would 100% stay here again.

Very quaint and clean property for our family vacation. Great beachy decor! Perfect for a small family since it is a 2 bed 1 bath. Very close to beach access and all of the Port A hot spots. Ample parking too. Would recommend this property for a nice cozy getaway!

The stay at the Lite House was very enjoyable. The space was clean and tidy with easy access and a nice parking space. The location is great for Port Aransas, close to everything. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We came out in a fishing trip to Port A and stayed at this place. Everything was super clean up on our arrival. A short walk to the beach. The owner has an ocean-themed decor inside which goes really well with the location. Property manager was prompt and responsive - we only needed to communicate before the trip, our stay there during the weekend was smooth as it could be.

This is a wonderful property you can easily envision making a home. It’s clean, nice furniture, along with ample kitchen and dining ware. If you can’t relax and have a great time here, you’re doing it wrong.

Clean, comfy and convenient to Sandfest, the property was just what we needed. Excellent communication with the host. Minor A/C issue, but it was promptly fixed within a few hours after reporting it.

Everything about the stay here was wonderful. Parking below the house includes a picnic table and shaded rinse off showers. The house is beautiful - all the appliances you need, smart tv and plenty of towels. The check in process, keyless lock was so easy. Communicating the owner was easy and responsive. It’s in a perfect location. I recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you to the host.

We had an amazing trip and stay. My only “issue” that really wasn’t an issue was the spectrum remote in the primary. It really didn’t want to work and when I went to check the batteries, the inside was very very sticky. That’s all. Otherwise, gorgeous place, kids loved it.

Great set up for a single family. The bunk room is nice because the beds are full over full. Furniture in living room very comfortable. All around a nice set up for a stay at the beach.
