One bedroom has a queen bed, the other is a bunk room with a full bed on the bottom and twin on the top. The washer and dryer are also located on this floor. Up the stairs on the third level you will find a huge open living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a half bath on this level. This home offers multiple decks and a look out deck on the top of the house. This home has parking spaces for 4 cars and 1 golf cart parking (Golf cart NOT included). - The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sunblock and beach gear.
