So close to the beach the unit feels like home away from home.

Quiet and relaxing property. Plenty of hot water. Room was clean and renovated. Plenty of parking around the building. 4/5 stars only because the bed/bedframe was incredibly noisy.

The condo was clean with a wonderful beachy vibe! The location is perfect as it's right on beach road access 1 and not a far walk to get to the water. The kitchen had all of the kitchen utensils we needed, but not basics such as salt, pepper or oil for cooking, so you will have to bring your own. The condo grounds were beautiful and it is a very peaceful place. I would definitely consider staying here again!

They left a few amenities to help your stay, Like shampoo, conditioner , soaps and kitchen dish soap and dishwasher pods. They have a Keurig with a coffee pot and a place for pods. Our friends stayed in an Rv park within a block and the beach was also within walking distance. We used a golf cart , and got around the town with no problem, and it made hauling your stuff to the beach easy. The complex was quiet and the pool and grilling pavilions were nice .

Location was great, close to the beach and two gas stations. Room was very clean and efficient. My only complaint, in the courtyard and pool area there were an insane amount of monstrous mosquitos. This was the only place we encounter mosquitoes on the trip. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s little wind or the grass was thick but man 10-15 would instantly swarm my legs when I stepped out of the room. We had issues with them getting into the room as well when we opened the door. Maybe the complex could look into some kind of treatment.

Reviewer Comments: Sarah helped us find this rental and got us a fantastic deal for the weekend, including a deep discount on a multi-day golfcart through Island Outfitters. The rental came with everything we needed. We hit a snag with missing pool wristbands, gave them a call, and they hand delivered in under 10 minutes; amazing service. The condo exceeds the quality of the pictures provided, which is the opposite of what we expected! The beach is a 1 minute golf cart ride, or a less than 5 minute walk, and a 2 minute walk to The Texan (essentially a Buccees Jr.) Look no further, this is the best quality, and best deal you'll find in port A

The facility had one but it was upstairs and being older we could not haul laundry up and down stair cases. Be sure and bring your own towels. It only offered 4 towels and 4 wash clothes for a six night stay for 4 people. Plus the property management did not have the information when I called about parking passes for our 2 cars and a beach buggy. Their response was for us to call the HOA to get more information. You get 2 parking passes only. The managements advice was for us to park one of our cars blocks away at their office . Once I got in touch with the HOA they informed us the beach buggy did not need a parking pass. I felt the management group should have had the correct information without me having to search for the answer on my own.

The directions weren’t very clear that we were only dealing with a third party company. The port a escapes individual who checked us in told us she “was doing us a favor” and made us feel like a burden to check into the condo at the time we did when we went by to see if we could check in early. Won’t be using port an escapes in the future due to poor customer service multiple times.

We had a bit of trouble setting up the TV with our Netflix, Prime, etc. but one phone call to Port A Escapes and someone arrived in about 15 minutes and got us connected. This is our third time using Port A Escapes and our second time staying at Courtyard. The property, pool, etc. are a pleasure to visit. We have great confidence in Sarah Biggs and will definitely use them again!

Needs to be fixed. We have stayed in this unit before, the internet, cable and door all worked normal. Please fix. Spray around the property and units for bugs and mosquitoes. We had a roach in the kitchen area one morning. Mosquitoes were at the door non stop. Thanks
