This brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is perfect for your next Rockport getaway! This house is located right next to the pool. Cove Harbor Marina is down the street for you to launch your boat and enjoy amazing fishing. Bahia Villa is just minutes from Rockport beach and Downtown Rockport!

Wonderful House
The house was very clean and offered all of the general necessities needed for the beach and pool. When I imagine a beach weekend, this house is the type of house I imagine. Very cute and spacious and perfectly located near the pool and within a short driving distance from the beach. We will definitely keep this house saved for future visits. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything is first class! There is nothing to complain about the house at all. We would love to stay there again, But there is a neighbor dog that barked the entire 2 days we were there. i don't know if it is a permanent resident but someone needs to address this. Thank you

Our new favorite stay in Rockport!
Andy was very accommodating with our check in. We feel blessed to have found this new, clean, beautifully decorated property! The unit is very well stocked with the kitchen and bathroom supplies. It was our first time visiting Rockport, and we are very happy with our stay. We highly recommend!
