Pets are welcome only if selected during the booking process. There is a $450 pet fee for short term rentals. Long term rentals will have a $450 non-refundable pet fee during booking process, plus a separate fee of $350/month that must be paid 1 day prior to checkin as a separate request, and 1 day before each new monthly billing that must be paid as a separate request the day before each monthly renewal date.
