Great location in a quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants, grocery store, and downtown shopping. Plenty of room for water toys and boats with a large driveway and garage. House was perfect size and location Everything you needed was there but stove not working properly and couch could be updated. Doesn't have to be fancy just in better condition. A few hiccups with our door lock but owner kept in constant communication with us until it was repaired
