Jack's Spot MIBC116 is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Elevated on stilts, it offers ample parking space underneath. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a single-level layout with a spacious comfy living area that has a flat screen TV, you will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely locations with a boardwalk to beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. Please be aware there are external cameras.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and door to deck
- Additional Bedding: Two twin size folding beds in the living area
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Place was okay for the price

Price was okay for the space, place was not 100% clean, they left a used soap bar with a hair in one of the showers. Some dishes were dirty in the cabinets. bed was comfortable, place was ok for short getaway but the walk to the beach was a bit long and inconvenient if you have kids

Only problem we had was the fold out twin beds are better suited for kids. We purchased an air mattress so 5th adult could have a place to sleep.there is beach access but it's quite a walk pass stinky dumpsters from neighboring property. Driving to the beach wasn't bad.i would stay here again.

Upon entering the residence, there were several dead cockroaches. There was only one set of towels per guest for 3 days and the sink in the master bath barely poured water and the pipes underneath were leaking. The rental company was very responsive however but will stay at another place next time.

Jack's condo was spacious and a wonderful location to get away from the spring break partiers. While this condo is close to the road (you hear the traffic at night), the walk to the beach is not too far and you can easily drive up to the boardwalk and park your car on the private drive. A few issues brought the rating down for us as the apartment has some wear and tear to it. Some blinds are broken, kitchen supplies are old and scratched up, dishwasher was broken, sink in master bath trickles very slowly, and there are a number of outlets that don't work (even after maintenance tried resetting the circuit). Also, the pool and hot tub are functional and clean but the fountain is broken which is not very aesthetically nice. That being said, our family appreciated the lower rate, family friendly space with full kitchen, and proximity to the beach.

Close to beaches, there is a boardwalk but is a VERY long walk from the unit. The pool is stated to be heated and was NOT!! No room in the hot tub all day and night Saturday night. Issues we had...HUGE bugs on wallBlack smudges on bathroom wall behind doorPrevious tenants scrunchie hooked on shower liner ringIn addition to these things, there was trash under the king size bedKing size bed had black hairs under the sheetsBody wash in the main bath "goodie bag" was already used with hardly any left.Had to keep shoes on because feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor.This unit was at first glance "cleaned" but not over $100 cleaning fee charged per booking clean

Never again

It's an old facility in need of a major renovation. The condo we stayed in had clean sheets and towels and comfortable beds. However, the floors were dirty, there were roaches in the bedrooms, and the dishwasher was filled with water. The kitchen cabinets were cheap and ugly. The laminate floor had exposed seams that could harm small children. The pool area was clean, but tiles were missing around the pool. The hot tub works well. Our assigned parking space was difficult to park in. I had to drive in reverse from the parking entrance to our parking space at the opposite end of the parking area. It was a long walk from the condo to the beach along a dirt road and an old wooden boardwalk. There was no step at the end, so you had to jump down to the sand. It was more difficult to climb back up to leave the beach. We made the best of it. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this place.
