New Coastal Container Home! Close to the beach, private pool!

Ideal 11th Street location near the beach! Three bedrooms, three baths, carport parking, and a private pool!

On the first floor, you will find the kitchen, living area, and two guest bedrooms & a bathroom.
On the second floor, you will find a second living area, one bedroom and two bathrooms. Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking and entertainment needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

• Property is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.

This was a great house to stay with family! It was clean and very spacious. We had trouble with the tvs because they are not smart tvs but it didn’t really matter. Close to the beach and enough parking for 3 vehicles and 2 golf carts! 10/10 We are definitely staying here again.

Mother’s Day Weekend

This house makes you feel the experience of vacation as well as the relaxation of a home. We had everything we needed from dishes, appliances and the beds are so comfortable. Only thing I had to report was the microwave didn’t work other than that it was a perfect stay for my family. We will be back.

Great response if something is not right!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got there the house had not been cleaned, the bedding was dirty. I called and they brought sheets over immediately. The next morning they brought in a cleaner. The pool had issues with the heater. But they brought maintenance and a company in to fix it. I would recommend this place and have. They fix anything in a timely manner with a pleasant attitude. I know our visit is unusual as I have been recommended from someone else.

Memorial Day Weekend

Everything was great. One light switch for a bedroom was at an inconvenient location. A prior review claimed microwave was not working. Still needs to be fixed or changed out. It does come in handy.

House needs some TLC

The house is close to town and the beach with a beach cart, however, sits on a very busy street. Not ideal for families with young children. Noise isn’t too bad from inside the house but really loud when enjoying the rooftop deck in the evenings. We had a bad experience with large roaches and poor Wi-Fi especially upstairs. You have to leave the house from the front or side to get into the gated backyard with pool. There’s no shade in the backyard thus set up our beach tarp to enjoy the pool. Pool needed cleaning. Sink fixture upstairs is coming unglued from the wall. Dishwater had old water sitting in it and seemed dirty. Other than that, each room had a TV and plenty of pillows/beds to sleep in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our annual girls trip has stayed here for years before it was sold. We have always enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location and perfect accommodations for our group of 6-8 women. Disappointed that the house hasn’t been updated to match the huge price increase. Bottom floor shower has little water pressure and shower caddy that is missing shelves so it’s just hanging in the way with no purpose. Same furniture, decorations, etc and no landscaping in pool area like there used to be so a little barren.
