⚫2 sleeper sofas in the main living room as additional sleeping space
⚫Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV
⚫The master bedroom with its own private ensuite bathroom is downstairs
⚫All other bedrooms are upstairs

We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:
🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Routine Exterior Maintenance: To keep the property in excellent condition, pool service is typically performed twice weekly and lawn maintenance once weekly. Service schedules may vary due to weather, rain, and vendor routing, so we are unable to provide advance notice of the exact date or time during your stay. These visits are limited to the exterior of the property, do not require access to the home, and are typically completed in less than 30 minutes. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that routine exterior maintenance may occur during their stay.
