Vacation here at Ocean's Upon Us Beach Club -180 and enjoy a beautiful condo, right next to a beautiful beach, and 1 mile from Schlitterbahn.


Our updated 1BR/1BA first-floor condo with your own parking spot just outside your unit, plus resort-style amenities like a sparkling pool, hot tub, and fitness center, you’ll feel right at home.
You also get a full kitchen, a private balcony, one queen-sized bedroom, and one queen-sized sofa bed in the living area.
A beach parking permit is $16 for the year or you can walk to the beach.
This condo sleeps 4 as a maximum nuber of guests, however if you need a 5th person, there will be an additional $40 charge per reservation. Sleeping arrangements will be dependant on you as we only have the queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.

This is our second stay at the Beach Club and we really like the walking distance to the beach. Place is clean and safe. Only issue we had was we could hear the upstairs guests were running until 11:30 pm.

Mom and daughter get away

Loved the accommodations , very cozy and comfortable . Everything was close , cart rental a block away great sea food dinning a block away beach is walkable but we used the golf cart . Check in was a breeze and area was peaceful .

Perfect property and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. Perfect for a family of four with young kids. The location is right next to the beach and very close to the main road down the island. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close!

This place was very clean and had all things plus anything else. My daughter and I enjoyed pur mother daughter trip. Short walk to get to beach or you can drive down and park on the sand.

Great place to stay

The owners have everything you need, with a full kitchen and even a gift basket. We loved the condo, and the location. Our only concern was the bed kind of sunk in the middle, and made a lot of noise when you turned over. Other than that, it is a FABULOUS place to stay.

Nicely decorated first floor condo. Beautiful sunsets from the patio. More supplies than anticipated. Communication with owners was easy. The heated pool was so nice. The beaches are beautiful and great for walking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the stay was delightful. one small comment though, the bedding sheets and blankets and pillows were very uncomfortable and scratchy. Perhaps upgrade to quality bedding.

We loved it! Our family of 4 stayed over the weekend the condo itself was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated everything worked. Only complaint is not enough seating for us in the living room to be comfortable. But that was no big deal. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the beach is within walking distance!

Great Place

We have been coming to Corpus for many years and this has been by far our best stay. Not only was the property very clean , but also very well stocked. I would have to say our host took everything into account from soap to tooth brushes. Even though our kids are grown if we did have a little one I can assure you that was even taken into account. The property also felt very comfortable and you will immediately feel like you are on vacation with all stress levels gone. We would very much stay there again and highly recommend it to any of our friends and family.

Just right for us

We wanted access to the beach in a property that was economical, owner managed, and well maintained. Paradise Blue met all those requirements and had other pluses to boot. Nicely decorated, adequately equipped, great pool open 24 hours (night swims yes!), and well located. Went to the beach early morning, mid-day and at sunset. Near BHall pier. Decent nearby restaurants for fish/seafood. Gift basket was a nice touch. Thanks Samantha and Ryan.

THE PLACE WAS GREAT, NICE GESTURE THE WELCOME BASKET, THE TV WENT OUT ON US AND RYAN REPLACED IT PROMPTLY THE NEXT MORNING--- I AM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CONDO'S THERE BETWEEN ALL OF US WE HAD 4 CONDO'S, I AM GOING TO LOOK INTO BUYING ONE!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect family spot

This was the perfect location for our family of four with two young children. The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach or car access to the beach on the same road as the complex. There are also restaurants and plenty of gas stations nearby. The nearest grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. The unit itself is also in a good location on the first floor and a corner unit so it’s probably the best unit for younger kids who run and stomp. It’s close to the pool as well which is nice and big. The unit was clean and well decorated and had everything we needed and more. The owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice family getaway!
