"We had a good time and would recommend to others. Easy walk to beach and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was in good shape and had adequate dishes, cutlery and pots and pans. Grill was a nice plus. Samara is a quaint little town with lots of activity. Very tourist oriented. We were able to schedule activities easily. Only negative was lack of washer and dryer (other than laundry services offered for a fee) and television service which required us to bring our own DVD (I missed in welcome letter...

"Pros: Super cute condo. Decent sized bedrooms, friendly neighbors, the property manager is friendly and super responsive (thanks Isamar!), the pool is awesome, good security, kitchen pretty well stocked. Cons: the common areas are small for 6 people, the walk to downtown Samara takes more like 15 minutes on a busy road (it’s about .6 miles), the coffee maker is undersized for 6 guests, and there are no lounge chairs/comfy seating outside. Minimal cleaning supplies available."

"This place was perfect, centrally located and had everything you need for vacation. We were concerned about the corner location on the busy road as mentioned in other reviews but it was absolutely fine. A little noise here and there but never woke us up or was a bother, rather it added to our experience of a bustling foreign getaway. We used a fan that drowned out 99% of the noise.
