When I finally received a bicycle the tires were deflated and seat was too low (needed a wrench), and there was no lock. So the bicycle did not work out. I requested assistance with laundry but 3:30p on a Tuesday was too late for a drop off since their laundry service closed at 5p. Of course, I do not fault the staff for that but wish I...
