"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."

"Place was clean. Had a heater. Lots of extra blankets as needed.Bit short of utensils for six.Odd arrangement - no “living room”/area to sit. 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms. No lock for the whole suite, just the individual doors. Place was hard to fit - ask the owner for a pin/coordinates. Google/apple won’t find it for you."
