"First and foremost, I highly rate the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. Subham, the property manager, was extremely helpful and really went out his way to look after us, such as calling reliable taxis after we had two major setbacks (which didn't relate to the hotel I'll add). Partha Dutta on reception was very friendly and such a nice guy, Palash Nath in the restaurant/bar provided such a great service, as well as the rest of the team.
