"We love to stay at the Howard Johnson for our Disneyland trips. The Hotel is clean, offers bunk beds which is perfect for our kids and the water park and pool are something they look forward to using each stay. Unfortunately our room this stay had no hot water. We reported it early in the morning and we had maintenance there within about an hour. They attempted to fix it while we left for the park, and when they couldn’t they called us to let us know they needed us to move rooms. They moved us straight across the hall making it as easy as possible for us to relocate, and they kindly upgraded us to a kids suite which was amazing! We appreciate the staff at this location who are always friendly and welcoming. No matter who you interact with, they all greet you with a smile and a hello. This is why we keep coming back. "
