Check in was smooth. Read the manual which was thorough and clear. The resort has really nice amenities, and given the property’s issues, it saved our vacation.The house is nicely furnished and spacious. Kids loved the pool table. Arrived prepared for some bugs however there were 100s of bugs covering the ceilings in all except master bedroom. We purchased bug bombs and after 3 days it cleared out. This meant spending a lot of time wiping down dead bugs.Views were amazing but unfortunately they don’t clean their windows which were laden with dead flies. Outdoor furniture and backyard unusable, we spent multiple hours and days cleaning up (again covered with dried dead bugs). Pool was filthy - we own a saltwater pool and this one had unclear water, sand on the pool bottom. Grill was very dirty - we tried to scrub it all down, but then the propane was not functioning, we bought another tank but still didn’t work. On top of it - they had little to no cleaning supplies to try to deal with this, we spent our own money. Management company was communicative but took days to turn up. In particular, the cockroaches in the kitchen and bedroom took it over the top. They did finally send in pest control but only after multiple requests. We were not at all satisfied with what we spent and what we got. If you are looking for a fun family beach vacation I would find another house at this resort.
