About Our Home: Enter on the ground floor to the Rec Room complete with pool table and grass cloth wall coverings plus a flatscreen with Apple TV. Also find easy access to shaded poolside decks, three bedrooms and garage. Head upstairs to the Main floor with soaring vaulted ceilings, newly installed driftwood toned, wide planked flooring, gas fireplace, large LCD (Roku) TV, communal dining table and large breakfast nook. Enjoy our newly remodeled kitchen with French door fridge/Ice maker, filtered water, separate Wine fridge, Prep sink, disposal, expansive granite topped counters , bar with seating for 4, gas top range, and fully stocked glassware, cutlery, bar ware and cookware cabinets. The powder room and full-sized washer and dryer are located on this level. On the East side - the private pool and fenced pool deck are at ground level and on the upper floor you’ll find access to the sunny outdoor upper deck with its new signature seating and a small Weber (Gas included) grilling outpost. On the West side (Sunset) of the home you’ll find the huge screened porch (with dual ceiling fans) which overlooks the front yard and a view of the nearby Hammocks community pool complex (also available for your use in addition to the private pool).

The Home boasts two Master Suites: 1 King/Main floor (The Sea Glass Room) and 1 King*NEW!/Ground Floor (The Coral Room), both with private full bath (one with a soaking tub/Shower combo w/screened porch access and both with granite countertops). Bedroom 3/Ground Floor/ Queen (The Sunrise Room) and Bedroom 4/Main Floor/ Two Twins (The First Mates Room). All bedrooms and the Rec/Billard room offer flat panel TV’s with cable TV and two with Apple TV.
Love catching an ocean framed sunrise? The third level of the house is the “Siren’s Tower” and rewards with ocean views, a small balcony, a Queen sized sleeper sofa (w/memory foam mattress) and is open to the main living area below.
The completely fenced private pool area offers rattan lounge chairs for sunning, a newly lined pool, H/C rinse shower and a bubbling four-person hot tub! In the single car garage- we have stocked 7 nice beach chairs and assorted toys and floats for your use and you’ll find three (Adult) beach cruiser bikes for your use in the neighborhood (bring your own helmets). Plenty of space for storing your own beach toys, chairs and coolers and an extra full sized fridge/freezer combo for your use.
About the Currituck Club: Guests are treated just as “Club Members” when staying at our home and have full access to the community offerings which include-fitness center, Tennis Courts, Rees Jones Golf Course (requires greens fees) multiple community pools, Basketball courts, pickle ball, volleyball, playground, miles of bike, run and walking trails, community events, and a complimentary trolley/shuttle from the home to the beach (Memorial Day week-Labor Day). Once at the beach, Guests have privileges at the Snack Shack which offers sandwiches, ice cream, beer/wine, beverages and seating areas. Optional use of the Beach Valet attendants is available for your ease of getting your beach gear set up as well. The Harris Teeter Grocery Store anchors the main gate entrance to the development making shopping for provisions a breeze and this well stocked store houses the area’s only Starbucks as a bonus!

All bed/bath Linens are included, (bring your Beach Towels) the home is professionally cleaned before arrival. We maintain management contracts with the top property management companies, Pool/Spa companies (Spa/Pool is serviced twice during the week) and we respond without delay if there are any issues during your stay. We want your OBX visit to be the best that you've had if you're returning or to set the bar for many returns if this is your first visit!

New for 2020. Ask about enjoying the use of our new four passenger electric Club Car Golf Cart during your stay. Golf cart friendly neighborhood and cart parking available at the beach access! (Additional fee and waiver required).
