Welcome to Paradise at Blue Fin! The new owners of this home are definitely making it their own. New kitchen, updated bathrooms, new paint, new hot tub, new lighting, new furniture and so many other gorgeous updates! The pictures show their attention to every detail. The new kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment will delight even the grumpiest chef! Drinking water is available from the RO faucet on the sink and through the refrigerator filter. The big open floor plan offers fantastic oceanfront views across the entire east side of the house. Level three also offers a queen bedroom with private west facing deck and private entrance to the bath that is also shared with the living room. Plenty of comfortable seating and brand new hot tub on the level three deck make it easy to stargaze or watch the sunrise over the big blue ocean that is just steps away!
On level two you will find five bedrooms and a laundry closet. The bedrooms include a huge king bedroom with interesting circular wall of windows, private bath and south deck access. This level also offers four more bedrooms. A queen room that shares a bath with a twin bunk room (with a twin trundle), both with tv's and private east deck access. The other two bedrooms also share a bath between them and include a queen room with a private west deck and a duo-bunk room. Duo-bunks have a double bottom bunk and a twin top bunk. This level also includes an outside shower on the level two deck! Entertainment includes smartv's in the living room and four of the five bedrooms as well as a tv and futon/seating on level one. A beautifully lit, private walkway over the oceanfront dune has washing up spigots for a quick rinse on the way home after a sunny, salty day at the beach. Cook dinner on the gas grill for an easy end to a glorious beach day. Two extra refrigerators on level one make it easy to store an entire week's worth of food. No need to head to town since this lovely home has all you need. Welcome to Paradise!

Sunday Check In - 4 wheel drive required - Linens and Towels Provided - Approximately 9.5 miles up the 4x4 beach. Dogs allowed with a per pet fee, 2 pet max, no cats! New hot tub. New heatable pool (fee). Parking at the house is free and unlimited. Guests will use the two season passes that belong to the house for parking on the beach. No graduation groups or events of any kind are allowed in our homes.

I stay at Paradise at Blue Fin was very enjoyable. The house was very clean and well kept. The pillows could have been more comfortable but the kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful week at this house.

Clean and wonderful

Property was beautiful and clean. My family had a wonderful time ponies came right by the property and dolphins spotted right out in the ocean multiple times. Property itself was just as described enough cooking space to feed all 10 of us and enough privacy we weren't tripping all over one another. I will return hopefully soon!! Thanks for the memories!!

Great Location and loved the heated pool.

Our overall stay at Blue Fin was good. My family really enjoyed the heated pool, especially during the cooler days of May. I did think that the pictures of Blue Fin were misleading. Once we got there, I noticed that there were some structural damages that were not addressed property which to us affected the presentation and esthetics of the property. Honestly, I think the price point doesn't match how the property looks and what it has to offer. It was nice to get away for a week but we won't be renting this house again.

What a great house!

We highly recommend Paradise at Blue Fin for your family stay. This house had everything we forgot to bring! Lots of childproofing was a huge help with our 2 boys. The property owners were really great people too!

Great location for a family vacation.

The house has everything that you need to have an amazing family vacation. First time to OBX and luckily, we picked a home in the 4x4 area. Views and location are fantastic from sunup to sundown. Having a heated pool and hot tub are a must after a day on the beach to enjoy the evening. Wish we could have stayed two weeks.

Amazing oceanfront home!!

We loved the location of this beautiful remodeled home where we walked to the beach daily. It has everything you will need for cooking to beach chairs! The third floor is very open and bright and has amazing views of the ocean with a boardwalk to the beach! We enjoyed the extensive decks all around the home! We will definitely be rebooking this home because it’s an excellent place to unwind ,listen to the ocean and to see the wild horses!!!

We had a few issues but nothing major. Our one main issue was the upstairs fridge was not working properly nor was it making ice. The owners were great about sending someone out to fix it however there was a storm about to hit so we just moved our food to the downstairs fridge. The hot water didn’t last long, so if you didn’t shower first you were taking a cold shower. I personally think the lower level should be a game room. It was kind of just space that’s unused.

Stunning Views

This property offers the most beautiful views in a peaceful setting. The property had quite obviously been recently updated. The home was beautifully decorated, well-equipped, clean and inviting. The view from the gorgeous upper level is just extraordinary! During our visit, some of the horses grazed in the yard before heading out to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, the hammock and the binoculars. We were impressed with the provision made for families with children-from the outlet covers, high chairs, deck railings and gate, toys and child friendly tableware, the owners have made every effort to welcome the youngest members of your family to their home. Highly recommend…
