The perfect property for families!

We had the most memorable Thanksgiving stay at this property last year! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the proximity to the beach and grocery stores. We cannot think of a better location or home to share with family and friends for any occasion. We would stay here again!

Wonderful, Well-Appointed, and Great Location!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marine Life OBX! We were a group of 7 (2 families) and the space and accommodations were perfect for us. Very spacious, clean, and well-equipped home with all of the great vacation amenities - pool, hot tub, beach gear, tiki bar, great back yard for cornhole (rented), downstairs fridge, etc! Beach access is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive to public parking. Lisa was very responsive and welcoming and provided a wealth of information about the area. We would definitely book this wonderful home in the future. Thank you!!

Great stay!

Such an awesome stay at this house. The backyard was so much fun with the pool and hot tub. House was very clean, located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The host was very responsive/helpful during our stay. Only a short walk to the beach along a nice trex deck trail. Don’t hesitate to book this home, you will love it.

Heated Pool & Hot Tub, FOR THE WIN!!!

Great quiet neighborhood, located near anything you could need. We encountered a cold snap for our stay, so beach time was sparse - but, our water play was plentiful thanks to the heated pool and hot tub! My son made it a point to be in the pool every day of our trip - loved it, and his first time in a hot tub! Pool and backyard was mostly private (neighbor on one side has visibility from their deck)...but very enjoyable and relaxing, to the point that we had to force ourselves to leave the property. We left the property for some half-day trips/activities, but the group was always happy to arrive back to the comfortable confines of the house!

Weekend Getaway with friends

Last minute decision to rent a house for the weekend. We absolutely loved the house. Everything was clean and as shown in the pictures. While there we needed assistance with the hot tub, in less than 5 minutes they were there and assisted us. The heated pool was a nice addition as well. The area is quiet yet close to whatever you might want to do in Corolla. The communication with the owners is pretty much easy, getting into the home as well. We most certainly will consider and recommend this home and any others the owners of this home might have.

The house is so comfortable and clean that we preferred to stay in nearly every night versus going out for food or entertainment. The walk to the beach is just about 10 minutes and the entire property is very well-maintained. Communication was top notch.

Mid July Stay

The house perfect for two family with five young children 6-2 years old. We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily. Plenty of space for all us to spread out or snuggle up on the downstairs or upstairs levels. Kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked or grilled most meals at the house for the week. Lisa was very great at communicating, check in and check out were easy and seamless.

Sophistication Perfection

The house was well decorated and tastefully appointed throughout. It is very nice home and everything was new and the photos are as advertised. Our family of five enjoyed everyone having a separate bedroom and bathroom with a large dining space for family dinners. There are many balconies and outdoor spaces to relax, not to mention the hot tub, pool, and tiki hut. We enjoyed the beach a short walk away and the stores and dining options nearby in Corolla. Lisa was a tremendous host answering questions and providing recommendations. It was a week that we enjoyed and would recommend to all.

The Perfect Beach House

This house is beautifully appointed, inside and out. Weather didn’t cooperate during our stay but the heated pool and hot tub saved the day. The location was convenient to the beach and Corolla’s attractions. We enjoyed our stay. The Ryan’s were extremely responsive and you can tell there was a lot of time and thought put into their property. This stay has encouraged us to come back to the OBX. It was the perfect place for some R&R!!

We didn't want to leave...

The house was amazing! Everyone loved the pool and especially the hot tub. The rooms were spacious, the social areas were so cozy and well lit. A few of us sat outside on the top floor patio and watched shooting stars. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We will definitely be back.

Great, relaxing getaway

Rented this property for a ladies weekend. The layout upstairs was wonderful and great for a large group. Fantastic furniture and decor throughout the home made made the trip feel like a true getaway. The beds are very comfortable and views from all rooms beautiful. The extra fridge downstairs was great to have and would be awesome in the summer for bbqs. So sad we were here out of season and couldn’t use the pool but loved being able to see it lit up at night and we were still able to use the tiki hut area. Noticed the home came with a ton of beach stuff for in season visitors. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe and great for walking. Enjoyed seeing the deer in evenings. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance one could need. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and love into this home to make it enjoyable for everyone. It would be fantastic for families but I think the amount of stairs would be hard for elderly. The owner is very responsive and extremely helpful. Not sure I have ever received a more well put together informational booklet on a home- very much appreciated. We hope to return to this home again!

Wonderful home!

What a beautiful, comfortable home away from home at the beach. This is our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Beds are super comfy and kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Beach is a short walk away. Highly recommend this property!

Worth every minute! Absolute beautiful vacation stay. Top notch interior design and immaculate condition. Love the private pool and hot tub as well as the beautiful walk to the beach. The host Ryan and Lisa were amazing and communicated every step of the way. Very accommodating to our stay, will definitely book again!
