This home is the perfect accompaniment to that song with its spacious floor plan, multitude of amenities and prime location providing marvelous views and close beach access. Let the music begin!

Ground Level: Features a rec room with widescreen LCD HDTV, pool table, kitchenette with refrigerator, under counter ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and alcove office with printer and WiFi. A theatre room with 92 in. projection TV w/ HD cable and Blu-Ray, stereo, video chairs and sectional seating with queen sofa bed is located here. The bedrooms include a Queen bedroom, 2 Duobunks with Trundle bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and a full hall bath. The laundry room on this level. The rec room opens to the pool, a hot tub for 8, fabulous tiki bar under a grand pergola and 3 grills (1 gas, 2 charcoal). There is also an outside loo, shower and changing room.

Mid Level: Features a marble-tiled grand entry foyer with an elegant fireplace. There are 5 primary bedrooms; 3 main bedrooms with great ocean views and 2 main bedrooms and four have deck access. All bedrooms in this home have TV/DVD.

Top Level: Presents the spacious, light-filled great room with gas fireplace and entertainment center with HDTV, Blu-Ray player and stereo, a window-lined formal dining area, a large well-equipped kitchen with wine cooler, ice maker, informal dining area and a half bath. There is another main bedroom with deck access and great ocean views, whose bath features a clawfoot tub. An elevator accesses all levels easing the work of hauling groceries or luggage. A variety of decks on all levels offer additional space for enjoying the seaside serenade.

THINGS TO KNOW
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
The private pool is open from May 1st through October 15th. Pool Heat is available upon request at $84 per day. You can contact guest services and add the pool heat to your reservation. Please provide at least 72 hours advance notice. Pool heat is not available in July and August.

Perfect house for a large family

Beautiful house with a very large pool and backyard. Very close proximity to the beach. Had an amazing time with the whole family.

This house has all the extras! Location is close to the beach. Plenty of room for 18 people. Pool is full sun so it nice and warm. Nice big backyard for games

House was beautiful. Loved the pool. Called I. Dishwasher twice and no Internet. Came and looked at Internet on our last day. Worked couple hours and then gone again. Pool was awesome.

I love this house!!!

It was so clean and you could smell the freshness. Everything was perfect! The internet or cable went out on the day before we left. That was the only issue. This was my second time at this house and the beach was wonderful! There was a customer service issue before I got to house related to trying find out if I would have and issues getting to the with the hurricane. Once I walked in the house I forgot about the customer service issue.

Great home for families

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bedrooms are very spacious. This home had everything you would have in your own home, I do mean everything. There is no need to pack any special dishes, linens, nor games. The only thing we couldn’t find was a basketball. The backyard is a great size for kids and has a privacy fence. The ceiling fans need to be dusted more often.

Lovely house!

We had a wonderful 9-adult family vacation in this spacious house. The kitchen is exceptionally well outfitted and the main surfaces were clean. There was plenty of room to spread out and spend time together. The location is superb - less than a 2 min walk to the beach and 1-2 min drive to nearby groceries and restaurants; some of us walked to a nearby ice cream shop. We also enjoyed the home theater and hot tub amenities. Some surfaces within the home are a little worn but overall the home was clean and we were very comfortable. Our entire group agreed that we would love to return to An Ocean Song in the future!

Comfortable but . . .

The house was comfortable but could use a fresh coat of paint/freshening up. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The internet was slow and connection was lost multiple times. But, everything considered, we would rent it again.

It is probably great when it’s clean. However being a charged fees to include cleaning and then having to go and purchase cleaning items to be able to safely use the property in addition to the response from Vacasa was very frustrating.

Fit Our Needs - That’s All

An Ocean’s Song had awesome space for the five families that we had staying there. The pool and backyard were excellent with the beach only four houses down. Unfortunately, there were many maintence issues that we had to resolve (and only some were resolved during our stay.) Some of these include: lightbulbs being out, WiFi not working, theater room not working, door on third floor unable to be locked, ice maker frozen over. Along side those issues, were minor inconveniences such as dusty fans, walls, ceilings, etc. and lack of towels (especially in the kitchen - no dish cloths provided here) Overall, we enjoyed our time and space at An Ocean’s Song, but the house itself could use some TLC.

Holiday Family vacation

The house was as listed. It was spacious even with 12 adults and 3 children. The beds were comfortable and all amenities needed was provided. Great recreation room and theater room. The only issues were the theater room had not be vaccumed. We had a leak from the tub in the upstairs bathroom to the bathroom underneath and a couple of the sink drained really slow. We called management and they sent someone over to take care of the problem. The location to the beach was great and the community was quiet. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Beautiful just not Handicap Friendly

Ocean Song was a beautiful home where we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. There were however a few issues. 1. The lawn had weird rows of grass that were much higher than the rest of the lawn. I reached out to Vacasa but nothing was acknowledged or done. DO NOT go barefoot in the grass....there are weeds that have stickers that shoot under your skin like splinters. There's also no handicap bars in the bathroom. One tub was so high I came very close to falling. * The views were amazing we could see sunrise over the Atlantic to the right and sunset on the left. It's a beautiful area the stairs are well maintained but it did puzzle me why the TV cables and cable boxes were dangling from the TV. That was just weird. I'd definitely stay in the area again the elevator was a huge help but I'd look for a home that had some handicap safety bars in the bedroom & bathrooms.

Overall Good

Every was overall good. Movie theater had a few hiccups but pool and everything else was nice! One thing I will say about the negative comments we have to remember these houses are constantly rented by big groups of people all with different living standards my rental was overall clean. Maybe not as clean as a 5star hotel but nowhere near as dirty as rest stop bathroom.

What a beautiful place!!!

This house is exactly what we have been looking for. We have been booking a ladies trip every year for the past 11 years. It’s always stressful trying to decide which house to book. However, after staying in this house, we all agreed we wanted to book it again for next year!!!! This house is very well stocked with everything you need! It has an ocean view, linens are provided and checkout is a breeze with virtually nothing expected from the renter! I booked our ladies trip for 2025 on my way home today! We will be back next year!!

Perfect Girl's Trip House!

We absolutely loved staying at this house for our girl's trip this past weekend. We were a group of nine moms and booked this house so that we'd each have our own bedroom and be able to fully relax. It did not disappoint! Every room also has it's own bathroom except for two rooms downstairs that connect with a jack and jill bathroom. We loved spending time chit-chatting on the porches on the second and third levels, playing games at the gigantic dining room table, sitting around on the huge sectional, and hanging out together in the kitchen. The ice machines located in the kitchen upstairs and the rec room downstairs were pleasant surprises that were used constantly. There was a three-house walk to the beach, so it was easy for us to walk back and forth to use the restroom or grab snacks and drinks. We even got up to watch the sunrise on our last day and were treated to a full wildlife display with dolphins, sandpipers, pelicans, sea ducks, and other birds. It was a really special moment that we won't forget. Being right around the corner from the shopping center was so convenient. Running up to Food Lion to grab groceries was super quick, there are several souvenir shops to choose from, and we were able to walk up to Bernie's Brother to enjoy dinner. We were even able to get a free dozen bagels and cream cheese thanks to a decal located on the refrigerator door. If we can arrange it next year, we will definitely be coming back to An Ocean Song. Frustrating Services

Noticeable upgrades!

This was our second time staying at this home. The upgrades to the outside were great. The additional outdoor toys and floats were appreciated as well. Everything was clean and stocked. We will 100% be returning to Ocean Song 448.

Family vacation!

The house was awesome for a big group like ours (10 adults-7 children and 2 infants) Everyone was able to have their own space when they wanted to! Being right across from beach made it very easy coming and going with the little ones! However we weren’t able to get into the house for 2 hours after we were suppose to have access because it was not cleaned in time. The cleaners did a great job but I think more need to be hired to keep up with the demand of cleaning these large homes ( ours was 9 bedrooms-9 bathrooms!)

Great vacation destination!

We loved the proximity to the beach, plenty of seating at meal time, the elevator was a tremendous help with heavy coolers, the way the pool area opened to the back yard , the back yard was great for corn hole, the entire house was well equipped and welcoming.

The living area (kitchen, living room, dining room) was awesome! 360 degree views from the 3rd story. Balconies on top 2 stories for each room. The pool is the best in the neighborhood and back yard is huge!

Spacious Home

My family and I enjoyed how spacious the house was and how close it was to the beach. The house should have been cleaner, trash was left outside and there was a bad smell outside when we arrived at the home. We called and trash was picked up that day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
