There is a beautiful screened-in porch with custom counter and seating that will be a great spot for any casual snack/meal and is a perfect spot for viewing sunrises and even sunsets. The two levels of extensive decking provide plenty of opportunity for relaxing and enjoying the ocean views and fresh salt air. The decks are extra wide and well designed with access all the way to the ground level. Each King bedroom on the top and mid-level has deck access and nice ocean views. All bathrooms have been updated and are fresh and bright.
Everyone will enjoy the huge 19’x37’ private pool, large hot tub and extensive lounge chairs and outdoor seating that provide maximum relaxation in a private landscaped setting. There is a fold-up ping pong table undercover for additional exterior fun. For interior amusement, there is a large kids' room with a foosball table, entertainment center with a 65-inch TV as well as a standup multicade video game system on the ground floor, this is just the right area for entertaining!
