Perfect Layout & Amenities

With group of boisterous teens, this house was perfect because it gave them space to be loud and silly while others wanted to read or rest. Great place. The realty company was not responsive by phone but did respond to the guest portal.

Dunwood

Good Location, 5 minute walk to beach. Lots of chairs on decks. We had a couple cool days so hot tub was excellent. Large kitchen with everything that is needed. Yes we would come back.

The resort amenities, location and family friendly environment were fantastic. It was exactly what we were looking for with our first trip to the OBX with 4 kids. Everything is walking distance and the trolley is helpful to get to other parts of the resort. We would definitely return to this complex again just may find another house. It was exactly as the pictures look and described, but very dated and in serious need of a deep clean. Lots of wear and tear, dirt and clutter. It worked well for our 5 night stay with kids and we were satisfied just a little disappointed in the quality. For such a big house, I had trouble finding some basics in the kitchen (strainer, etc). We had a few minor issues that required housekeeping/maintenance and those were solved immediately which was great! You can tell this is a families home which I enjoyed the personal touches. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with us.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is really nice with great walking access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked but be aware, very little is supplied for toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent ect. I can only speak for the king bed I slept in but it was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Great family time

We enjoyed our time in Corolla. The house is located in a very good area. Walking distance to the beach, pool and nature walk to the sound. We were disappointed that we weren't told we wouldn't have toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges or dish rags. Also, we had to wait until the next day to get our pool wrist bands. We arrived at 4 but didn't find out that information until after the realty office was closed. It would be nice to have the wrist bands and parking passes at the house when people arrive.

Enjoy our stay! The check-in was smooth.

Love the house. It’s clean and nice layout even the color decoration in the house is little off, not my choice. It’s close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We will come back for sure.
