  • DOT N PATS is a comfortable 3 bedroom holiday shack that accommodates up to 8 guests and is absolute beachfront. Sit out under the covered verandah, have a BBQ, enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful sea views!

    Open plan updated kitchen with microwave, coffee machine (BYO beans), dining, lounge with TV, DVD. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioner in the kitchen/dining/living area, a slow combustion heater to keep you warm through the winter months (BYO wood).

    Bathroom with walk in shower, vanity and w/c.

    Free Wifi!

    Indoor Combustion heater - BYO Wood

    Short drive to boat ramp at end of the road.

    Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - queen plus 1 bunk.

    Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

    Corny Point has a small general store for basic goods and takeaways, as well as the Howling Dog Tavern.

    Take a drive to the Corny Point Light House and the scenic drive to some of the most beautiful beaches.

    It's an easy drive from Corny Point to Marion Bay and then onto Stenhouse Bay and glorious Dhilba Guuranda-Innes National Park.

    No smoking inside

    NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted or evidence of pets at property will result in loss of bond

    Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

    Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay
    $200 per night
    High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay
    $180 per night
    Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay
    $170 per night

Amazing little beach house, had almost every thing you could think of a home away from home having! Aside from personal items (towels & bedsheets etc) it had everything you could possibly need, with a few amazing extras. Definitely recommend for families or small groups.

Absolutely gorgeous little house, perfect location and the neighbours were very welcoming too! Cannot fault this stay in any way! Cant wait to book it again!

Week at Dot and Pat's

Property was exactly as described - right on the beachfront, very clean and tidy, all the facilities we expected, everything in good condition and appliances all in working order, very peaceful location. We loved Corny Point and its closeness to surf beaches and an excellent learn to surf school for children and adults, as well as a local shop for basis necessities and a friendly pub.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Dot n Pats, what a location. Clean and comfortable. I was relaxed from the moment we arrived. The Pot Belly stove kept us toasty at night. Sunrise from the veranda over breakfast was picture postcard stuff. Would certainly recommend this place and will definitely go back. Thanks

Amazing place to stay!

We've stayed at Dot n Pats twice now and absolutely love it! Corny Point is picturesque with it's gorgeous tropical looking water and white sandy pristine beach. You've got easy access to surfing and snorkeling the Rock pools at nearby Berry Bay and then there's the Corny Point Lighthouse...stunning at sunset!
