"Check in was really quick & simple. Completely milk & biscuits were provided. There was everything we needed for a self catering stay. Kitchen well equipped and cleaning supplies were also provided. Nice for a family getaway."

"Great location and very modern. I like a traditional feel more than the modern but it had everything one needed. However, there was less than 1 role of toilet paper between both bathrooms combined and no soap or shampoo, napkins, paper towels, dish brushes or clothes wash so come prepared. Also, the garbage outside was filled to overflowing before we arrived and we were unable to clean up our kitchen. Apparently, per the neighbor, this is an ongoing problem. The beds were a little uncomfortable....

"Perfect location to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beautiful scenery and beaches, boat trips, castles and walks. Seaside House is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner Russell was excellent and helpful. Thank you for a great holiday!"

"The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things...

"The location of the cottage is perfect for days on the beach, walking the cliffs, trips out and days in the garden. Simon and Audrey were the perfect hosts and provided aus with a clean and comfy accommodation. The facilities and the layout of the rooms in the cottage was ideal for our requirements. "Stayed fir 3 nights. With 10 adults. Lovley big house. Plently of room Comfortable beds. Some paintwork a.bit.shabby which was a shame. Only down side was it stated a clockroom i thought that.meant a downstairs toilet but it was just a place eto hang coats. This was difficult as some of the party was eldery and found the stairs difficult to navigate, butmon the whole we had a great.time."

"Overall excellent accommodation and we felt very welcome. The only niggle we had was the location relative to the local pub, and the resultant noise. This was not a major problem but is something that would be useful to know about prior to staying at the address. The village itself was wonderful and we enjoyed exploring, we highly recommend the cafe. It was sad to see that everything appears to have already closed down or is struggling. I imagine at one time the village would have been full of...
