Charming villa, quiet, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room overlooking a nice shaded terrace overlooking the fenced pool and garden not overlooked. Plancha, barbecue, wifi, shops nearby (bakery, charcuterie, tobacco, ...). Near Perpignan, St Cyprien, Argelès, Collioure, and Spain. Ideal for family vacations !! Respect for places, equipment and neighborhood is very important to us. :-) Commodities provided, except towels.
There is no cleaning fee; the house must be made as clean as when you arrived!

Great place, quiet with a safe feel to the area. Beach was 10 minutes in the car as was supermarket etc. Perpignan was 20 minutes in the car with plenty of parking available. The house met all our needs, if I was critical of anything the double beds were smaller than we are used to (we have super king and king sizes) these were Queen size, only a point which didn’t have any impact on our stay. 5 stars👍

Die ganze Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr gepflegt und mit dem Pool war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer sofort zur Stelle wenn Fragen oder was zu erledigen war. Auch die Umgebung hat sehr viel Sehenswertes und die Strände sind sehr weitläufig. Vielen Dank Katia für den schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht, in dem wir uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es ist geräumig, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten und sehr sauber. Es stehen 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Da wir vier Personen waren, hatte jeder ein eigenes Zimmer, was optimal war. In den Schlafzimmern und im Wohnzimmer gibt es Deckenventilatoren, die bei uns häufig zum Einsatz kamen. Der Pool war toll und besonders gut haben uns die beiden im Garten lebenden Schildkröten gefallen, die wir immer gerne beobachtet haben, weil sie so lustig waren. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Supermarkt und in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand. Die Wohnlage ist zentral, so dass man gut Ausflüge in umliegende Städte/Dörfer und zu Burgen/Schlössern machen kann. Auch ein Ausflug nach Spanien war in ca. 1 Stunde möglich. Der Kontakt mit Katia war schon vor der Reise sehr freundlich und auch währenddessen fühlten wir uns super betreut, weil sie auf alle unsere Fragen und Anliegen sofort eingegangen ist. Alain hat uns am Ankunftstag im Haus freundlich empfangen und es standen Wein und andere Aufmerksamkeiten für uns bereit. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und sagen vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Urlaub!

Superbe région. La villa est très spacieuse et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi avec en plus le soleil et une très belle piscine. Proximité de la mer, des belles plages, des beaux petits villages offrant de belles visites de châteaux, de site historique.... Bref, vacances idéales à la fois pour se reposer et pour découvrir la région. L'accueil et les attentions des propriétaires (Katia et Anne également) sont un plus pour trouver très rapidement ses repères et se sentir à l'aise.

que dire a part que l'on serait bien reste plus longtemps magnifique maison avec tout le confort et super bien situe pour visiter l'accueil de Mme Morel est très sympathique chaleureuse et réactive en cas de problème on n'y reviendra les yeux fermes

Maison très sympa et super bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique et parfaitement arboré. Anne nous a parfaitement accueillis et Katia la prioritaire est disponible et réactive pour répondre à toute question. Les tortues sont la touche fantaisie de cette adresse que nous recommandons.

Que dire ? Tout était parfait. La maison est parfaitement équipée, très fonctionnelle, le jardin bien clôturé et la pscine parfaitement sécurisée. Rien ne manque pour passer de chouettes vacances. Tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y avons passé deux semaines formidables. Des jouets sont à disposition des enfants pour s'éclater dans la pisine et même de l'équipement pour bébé : chaise haute et lit parapluie. Les propriétaires sont charmants et à l'écoute de nos moindres désirs. Sans oublier une petite attention adorable pour le jour de notre arrivée. A recommander sans hésiter aux familles.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa. Étions 2 couples avec enfants. Supers prestations, et que dire de la piscine !!! Tout le monde a apprécié et profité un maximum de la quiétude. Nous recommandons vivement.

Superbes vacances en famille dans cette maison très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Le quartier est calme et la piscine au top. Les propriétaires ont pensé à beaucoup de choses pour le bien être des vacanciers. L’accueil et le départ sont assuré par Anne qui a été très sympa. La situation géographique de la maison permet de nombreuses excursions. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. La petite cerise sur le gâteau : les tortues qui nous ont beaucoup amusé!

La maison est conforme à la description , propre, bien située, très bien aménagée. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour soit parfait : équipement complet, jeux à disposition pour les enfants. Sans oublier la piscine ! Enfin, l’accueil est personnalisé et très agréable Bref, une adresse qu’on voudrait garder pour soi !!!
