"The staff were less than helpful, There was no car parking anywhere near the hotel. It was student accommodation and not suitable for mature aged travellers. We chose not to stay here and found another motel."

Focal point can't help you because they don't you. Guest 365 is not on site, no one to help you. To get my key, I had to call Guest365, no code was given by email, very disorganised. "Premise of the staff was very kind. I believe that the structure has not been managed at its best. Check-in late on arrival. Common area always dirty.The rooms are small basic, the hairdryer must be requested and it is not always available.Honestly, for the cost paid, I expected much more than such a basic structure...."

"I asked the property manager at least twice for the physical address of the property. He never gave it to me. His best answer was that it was the red building on a street, up a steep hill.On the bright side, it was located close to the train station, and within reasonable walking distance of Center City.Getting hot water was tricky.
