Petrinos Cottage in Dassia, Private pool, A/C, WiFi, 300m to the beach.

Sleeps 2/3. One bedroom house with private pool. Petrinos cottage is the perfect rural retreat. A traditional stone villa with a terracotta-tiled roof, it sits in gorgeous green grounds with swishing trees and pretty gardens. The blue flag St. Nicholas beach is only a short 5 minutes walk. Ideal for summer and winter holidays as well as for long term rentals.
The covered patio area with table and chairs providing a perfect al fresco dining area.
From here the entrance leads to a high ceiling'd open sitting/dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is fitted with shower/bath, WC and washbasin. A spiral staircase leads up to a galleried area with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The decor is tastefully designed, combining natural materials in a modern style with care and attention to detail.

Petrinos cottage located in Dassia on the northeast coast of Corfu in green and peaceful area, with cypress, walnut and olive trees. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s got the location-factor, then Petrino Cottage will be right up your holiday street. A pretty five minute stroll takes you to nearby Dassia with its shops, bars and restaurants or the silky-soft sands of St Nicholas beach. And if you really want to crank up the pace, Corfu Town is about a 15 minute drive. However you spend your time at this rustic bolthole, it’s the perfect place for a serene Greek escape.

Dining out in Dassia:
Dassia has an abundance of quality restaurants offering a good selection ranging from traditional Greek cuisine and unique Corfiot dishes to Italian and Indian. There are plenty of tavernas to choose from which is one of the main reasons we would not recommend any of the all-inclusive on offer in the resort. There is a good range of both basic tavernas and quality restaurants to keep everyone happy.

Nightlife in Dassia:
Evening entertainment in Dassia is relaxed, laid back and varied. There are enough bars to keep everyone happy, but Dassia is not a lively nightclub resort as such.

Cottage was sweet and quaint. The grounds and pool were lovely. Dino was always available whenever we had questions. There were some ants in the kitchen every day even after Dino sprayed.

Super Cottage für den individuellen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und die Bilder geben einen vollständigen Eindruck des gesamten Anwesens. Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch Dinos war herzlich und umfassend. Bei Bedarf ist er jederzeit erreichbar.Ein kleiner Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es eine große Auswahl an Geschäften und Restaurants.Wir haben die Woche im Cottage Petrinos sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Excellent cottage, brilliant host!

We can’t rate Dinos’s property highly enough! It is perfect for a couple looking for your own space to relax! Dinos was there when we arrived, and responded immediately to any questions we had - he also provided lots of local recommendations! The grounds and pool are well kept and the property itself it’s just as described and as the pictures - the bed is incredibly comfy, and the kitchen well equipped (we cooked every night). You’re also 5mins away from a beautiful and quiet beach, we went every day! We would recommend this cottage to anyone! Thank you for a great stay Dinos!

great week in Corfu at the cottage!

my fiance and i loved our stay at the cottage. Dinos was a great host, provided plenty of recommendations in the area and was responsive when we reached out with questions!definitely recommend renting a car so you can explore more of the island. we enjoyed a few days at the Malibu beach club that was a 10 minute walk from the cottage.

Lovely stay at a cute cottage

This little cottage has everything you need. It is modern and comfortable and the outside grounds really are pretty. It is a short stroll to beaches and restaurants which is a bonus so no car needed. There are good bus routes to both Corfu Tow and Ipsos which is only 10/15 mins away and definitely Worth a visit. Thank you for being a great host Dinos!!

Lovely and pretty cottage in a great setting.

Beautiful cottage set in stunning garden and pool, very welcome in a hot day. Lovely view of the mountains with the nearest beach a short walk away. The cottage is very well stocked and milk, juice and biscuits very welcome on arrival. Plenty of crockery and cutlery with everything you need along with pool towels. Dinos was a great host and gave lots of details of good restaurants. We had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Wonderful Holiday

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week break in this villa. The villa had everything that we required, was spotless and we loved our time here. The air conditioning in the property, plus the fan made for a very comfortable nights sleep. The pool was delightful, clean and well kept, with the peace and quiet appreciated. Dinos was extremely helpful, and his communication was fabulous. The midstay change of sheets and spruce were most welcomed. The villa was within short walking distance to the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. The villa is a great base for enjoying what Corfu has to offer! Overall, we would highly recommend staying here- "Thank you Dinos!"

Just perfect!

We had such a lovely stay in this perfect cottage for two. We also loved having are own outdoor space with a bbq, pool and sun loungers. The beach we liked to use was literally down the lane from the cottage, the sea was so beautiful. Dinos was a great host helping with our first supermarket shop and lots of restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

Loved the property, good location

My wife and I stayed at the property for 6 days during early May. Everything was as I had expected based on the reviews I had read. The cottage is perfect for a couple, very private yet within a short walking distance of the beach and a selection of restaurants and supermarkets. The garden is quite private and benefits from being in the sun for most of the day. Dinos was the perfect host and also provided a list of his preferred restaurants in the local area. Best Vacation Ever!!!!

Very private, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Dinos was very welcoming, attentive to our needs, helpful with recommendations. Even drove us to the grocery store! The cottage is within walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. It was such an excellent experience we are planning on returning next year.

We read lots of reviews on this cottage and none of the glowing reports actually did it justice, it was exactly what we wanted. A hidden gem of a cottage on a beautiful island

Wow, my wife and I were literally blown away with the cottage. What a fantastic peaceful private place to spend our holiday. In a great location for the beach, bars and restaurants and local shopping and 20 mins local bus for Corfu Town and even closer for Ipsos. The private pool was an absolute godsend due to the fantastic weather, the bars and restaurants were very affordable and delicious and all the staff and people were welcoming and very friendly. Dinos was exceptional, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us, to ensure we had a holiday of a lifetime. We will definitely be returning next year to one of his villas in Corfu, thanks again Dinos

Fabulous cottage….. great holiday

We have just come back from a relaxing week at Petrinos Cottage. Dinos and Sandra are fab and so helpful, airport pick up, taking us to supermarket and some delicious restaurant recommendations. The cottage is small but perfectly formed, with everything you need. Lazing by the pool is a great way to chill. Dassia has some good restaurants and nice coffee shop by hairdressers. Ipsos is an easy walk 3k or bus ride with a wider choice of places to eat on the sea front. We didn’t have a car as happy to stay local and use the bus for a trip to Corfu Town. But would be useful if you wanted to see more of the island. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a special holiday

fijn huis met zwembad dichtbij de mooie baai van Dasia en met de auto in 15 min. naar Kerkyra

Fijne woning, mooie tuin en zwembad, fijn privé. Met de auto alles prima te bereiken in de buurt en te voet fijn in de ochtend naar het eigen rustige strandje. De eigenaar is behulpzaam en goed mee te communiceren (vooraf met vragen of tijdens het verblijf). Kortom we hebben een erg fijne tijd gehad op Corfu vanuit deze centrale prettige uitvalsbasis.

Lovely little cottage

This lovely little cottage is a perfect base for the most relaxing of holidays. It is small but perfectly formed with fantastic outside space. The location was lovely and quiet but close enough to the beach, shops and restaurants and handy for the bus service to Corfu town. Dinos was a perfect host and collected us from the airport at a small additional cost and took us in the car to the Supermarket for a ‘big’ shop, little things that made the trip so stress free. Looking forward to a return trip, cheers.

First visit to Corfu

Petrino Cottage was exactly what we were looking for on our first visit to Corfu. The property had everything we needed and the pool was great. The cottage was a 10 minute walk from shops and restaurants and the beach was about the same distance. The owner Dinos looked after us very well, picking us up and taking us back to the airport and was charming. We would certainly recommend the cottage to any couple looking for a peaceful and private place to stay

PERFECT ROMANTIC GETAWAY FOR TWO

What a beautiful little cottage, five minutes from the main street with bars and restaurants, 200 yards from a little known pebbly beach. The property was perfect with it's own pool, outside dining area and barbecue. Extremely comfortable bed, good air con, fully fitted little kitchen and powerful shower (bathroom a little tired but perfectly clean and serviceable) and the towels were lovely and soft. Although there were other villas nearby so you didn't feel completely isolated, it was lovely and peaceful. Dassia Town is lovely, not too busy or touristy, plenty of friendly reasonable bars and restaurants and a lovely beach to sit and watch the sun go down. Dinos the manager was very helpful and informative, with good choices on reasonable restaurants to try and places to visit (and how to get there!) Also the pool man was efficient and unintrusive and we only knew he'd been as the pool was spotless. The cleaner did a thorough job, lovely lady. All in all we could not have chosen a better place for a wonderful holiday and I have no hesitation recommending this cottage to either a couple or a couple with a small child. Thank you DInos

Grazioso angolo di tranquillità

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nel cottage e senza dubbio siamo stati benissimo. La casa è piccolina ma ben organizzata e fornita di tutto ciò che serve.I bambini hanno occupato il soggiorno e noi ci siamo sistemati sul soppalco.Gli spazi sono condivisi e aperti. Forse qualche armadio in più non sarebbe stato male.Il giardino è la parte più bella...ampio patio e piscina dove trascorrere il tempo che vengono ripetutamente puliti da personale di servizio.Il padrone di casa Dinos è stato molto gentile e disponibile accontentando le nostre esigenze. Insomma consiglio questo grazioso angolo di tranquillità a tutti.

Perfect Petrinos

We cannot stress enough what a fabulous week we had in the “Bijou” & secluded Petrinos Cottage. It is so modern inside yet traditional outside, clean, well equipped, good air-con, entertainment, internet, kitchen and bathroom facilities, king size bed, sloped roof perfect for a couple. Then the garden and pool are perfect for a dip or sit in sun or shade, complete with Parasol, sun loungers, “Donuts” for floating around the well sized pool. The town’s main road is a mere 10 min walk and there are plenty of shops, restaurants and access to the busier beaches for those that enjoy them. We had a private small beach 5 min down the lane for a more personal experience with only a few other bathers to accompany us. The real jewel in this crown is the owner. Dinos was so accommodating, picking us up from airport, sorting car hire, directions and sights to see. We were not bothered at all during the stay, but as soon as we needed something, we emailed and he arrived in minutes, always smiling, laughing and happy to help, with classic “Spiros” style good English, some great stories very understanding and typical of the Corfu locals who are so happy and helpful. Would we come again? Certainly yes, maybe for longer as the intense sun can limit the day’s activities, but it certainly lifts the mood, and produces a great Tan! Thank You for A Wonderful Holiday

Absolute Ruhe in der Natur und doch sehr zentral

Absolute Ruhe in der Natur und doch zentral. Cottage Wohnraum gut ausgestattet und genügend Platz für zwei Personen. Das 'Leben' spielt sich im garten und am Pool ab.
