Kalami Sunlight - New villa with stunning seaview & private pool

Villa Kalami Sunlight is a newly built villa, offering fantastic views over the Ionian Sea. It is a really spacious property for a family or party of six, modernly fitted and within walking distance to the beach, just 25 kilometers away from Corfu airport. The villa offers 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a beautiful private pool.
The property is located in the tiny village of Vlachatika and it is set over two floors.
The amazing location, the seclusion and the comfort offered, are making Kalami Sunlight an ideal place for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

Our villa is your home away from home. Just enjoy your stay, relax, and be as respectful as you would be in your own house.

The space
Kalalmi Sunlight is modernly styled and within walking distance from the beach, just 27 kilometers away from Corfu airport.
The property is located in a quiet place, in the neighborhood of Vlachatika and it is set on two levels.
The entrance door opens to the ground floor, with a small corridor leading to the three bedrooms and a staircase to the upper level.

From the living room, an interior door is leading to the raised swimming pool and terrace. The views of this part of the property are really stunning: Starting early in the morning with the Sunlight and then Kalami beach underneath, the town of Corfu further up, the southern Greek mainland, the Albanian coasts and the luxury cruisers or sailing yachts crossing the blue waters.

The amazing location, the seclusion and the comfort offered, are making Kalami Sunlight an ideal place for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

IMPORTANT Notes:
- In response to COVID-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests.
- Αirconditioning in the sitting room is offered with charge (10€/day). There is no cost for the aircondition in the bedrooms.
- The pool is available for use from April to October.

A great week

The stunning views and super outdoor space with beautiful pool made up for a few niggles. The bathrooms are a bit tired and the driveway so steep our little hire car struggled to get up it, Traffic was noisy at times but it didn’t really bother us as the house is set high above the road. Beds comfortable and air conditioning worked well. We would stay again.

Unbelievable Views

Absolutely stunning property with amazing views across the bay of Kalami. Everything we could have possibly needed was available in the villa and the host was very helpful. We rented a small boat for the day and ate in fantastic tavernas around the coast. Corfu never disappoints.

Fantastic Holiday

A lovely week staying at this beautiful property for a family wedding. Host helpful and replied to messages promptly. Car useful but not essential as you can walk into town and a great Taverna across the road.

Stunning villa

This villa is absolute perfection. I have just spent a week there, with my mother and my daughter and we all agreed that it was the best holiday we'd ever had. The villa is stunning. We each had a beautiful bedroom with an ensuite. There is air-conditioning throughout and the living area is roomy, stylish and immaculate with a fourth bathroom upstairs. The villa was SO clean. The terrace is breathtaking. It's huge and we spent a lot of time here. The view across the bay, the sea, to Albania is simply breathtaking and you feel a sense of space and tranquility, just spending time on the terrace. It refreshes the soul, it really does. Mario's supermarket in Kalami has everything you could ever need and Mario will deliver. We went down to the bay everyday, using the lift in the San Antonio Hotel, which made the walk down so much easier. It took about 15 minutes and very little effort. Stamatoula, the host and owner of the villa, wasn't just a host.....she was a friend to us. We never met, but we kept in touch and every time we needed any help whatsoever, she was 100% there for us. We didn't hire a car, deciding instead to use taxis. We went here and there and EVERY single time we needed to book a taxi, Stamatoula did it for us (I wasn't confident of providing the right address and ensuring it was right). Stamatoula arranged the taxi to meet us at the airport, she helped us complete our passsnger locator forms (providing the formal address of the villa), she was just amazing throughout and it was as though we had a good friend nearby. If you are stressed, if you need a break, if your soul needs reviving, this villa will fix you. Stamatoula, the villa, the beautiful views..... my only regret, was leaving them.

Für uns war das Haus perfekt. In ca 100 die Taverne Dimitris, sonst ca 15 min zum Strand mit mehreren Kneipen und Supermärkten. Thomas und White House sind beide empfehlenswert

Beautiful villa with amazing views

This villa was beautiful and the views of Kalami bay were stunning. The owner was really helpful both in the run up to the holiday and during the stay. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, we stayed for a week and sheets and towels were changed half way through our stay. Whilst you can walk into Kalami, it is quite a steep uneven path and not easy on hot days therefore I would recommend having the use of a car.

Lovely location, excellent property, wonderful owner

Kalami Sunlight is a newish villa, with modern facilities. Stamatoula, the owner, is very attentive and willing to offer advice and help when needed. She lives some distance away so is not ever-present! The villa has lovely views over Kalami Bay, which can be reached via a rough track in about 10 minutes. An alternative, less rough, way down is through the San Antonio hotel, using its lifts, to gain the necessary height to the road. Kalami bay and the surrounding bays are largely shingle beaches and all have tavernas, most of which are excellent quality. Notable tavernas are those at Kalami, as well as Mitsos at Nikassi, the only taverna at Kerasia and the Fish Taverna at Imerolia (near Kassiopi). Do take out a boat and explore the local bays - get there before the pirate boats arrive. If you want to go anywhere, then a car is needed - notable places include Paleokastritsa (monastry is a lovely area), the ghost town at Old Perithia (get ther earlyish) and of course Corfu Town (again get there early). A very enjoyable holiday and a villa in which you are able to relax.

Das Haus ist familienfreundlich eingerichtet mit einem großen Schwimmerpool. Zwei der drei Schlafzimmer haben ein WC mit Dusche. Alle Schlafzimmer befinden sich auf der unteren Ebene und haben eine perfekte Aussicht. Küche, Wohnbereich, Terasse und Pool befinden sich auf der oberen Ebene. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin trägt maßgeblich zum Wohlgefühl bei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic week in the sun

We have just arrived back home after spending a week at this beautiful villa. Stamatoula was the perfect host, the villa can easily accomadate a large family, with three large bedrooms (2ensuite) fabulous outdoor pool and balcony with stunning views over kalami. you will need a car to get around. overall you won't be disappointed booking this villa.

What an incredible place. All super modern, lovely pool and BBQ. Great views! The staff that welcomed us at the villa were so friendly. Kalami is a lovely town. If you go here then you are in for a treat!

Fabulous villa, amazing views.

Would highly recommend Kalami Sunlight villa. The villa is comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean with far reaching coastal views. The villa owner is welcoming, helpful and very keen to ensure your holiday is a great experience. A car is needed if you wish to explore the island. Hiring a boat was also a fantastic way of seeing more of the amazing coastline and finding beautiful coves to swim and snorkel.

A beautiful modern villa with a stunning view

We had a very happy stay...the villa was beautifully clean, very well equipped and comfortably furnished -air conditioning in the bedrooms was a real plus! Stamatoula was very welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. The view from the terrace, beautifully maintained pool and bedrooms was breathtaking - but obviously to have a view you have to be up a hill! The road below the villa has no footpath, but you can reach the beach at Kalami via a steep track through the olive groves - about a 10 minute walk. We hired a boat instead of a car - a great way to explore the beautiful coastline.

Wonderful!

Beautiful modern property, very tastefully decorated, wonderful comfy beds and great bathrooms. Absolutely brilliant air conditioning in the bedrooms!! The owners are so kind and helpful, it made the holiday much easier. Groceries can be delivered to the door. Wonderful view from the terrace and swimming pool. Excellently equipped kitchen, nice and big and easy to work in. We had a lovely time here, perfect for a large family. Thank you!!!!
