As its name says, "The Doctors house" is a beautiful village house with a private swimming pool owned by the local doctor and ideally located in the heart of the bustling coastal village of Kassiopi. Kassiopi is famous for its crystal clear waters, the little fishing harbour, beaches, tavernas and bars.
Doctor's House sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Without forgetting the bonus of a private swimming pool, a truly unique feature for a house of this kind and in this location! The villa offers guests a classy and upmarket holiday experience in one of the best spots on the island (a car is not required!).
Doctor's House is set over two floors and renovated using top-of-the-range materials. Particular attention has been given to decor and furnishing to provide a further sense of light, style and design. The living area is located on the ground floor. It comprises a spacious lounge (air-conditioned), a dining area (opening straight to the pool patio), a fully equipped purposely built kitchen, and a shower room. The three bedrooms (one double, two twins, all air-conditioned) are on the upper floor and share a large family shower. A pleasant pool-facing terrace can be accessed from the bedrooms.

The Private Swimming Pool

Considering the village location, the private swimming pool is undoubtedly the unique feature of "Doctor's House". It is well-screened and equipped with sunbeds for additional privacy. It measures 7m x 4m. A shaded dining area with a barbecue is also perfect for outdoor living all summer long.

We spent two weeks at this property which we enjoyed very much. As we have stopped hiring a car on holiday, we found it very convenient as everything we needed was within a short walking distance. The owner checked several times that everything was ok. The pool was exceptionally clean the whole time.

Great, comfortable house in a perfect location

Great to be close to the centre of lovely Kassiopi - a perfect spot for late October sun. We swam and snorkelled every day, ate in The Best for tasty souvelakis and Tavernaki for delicious moussaka and calamari. Visited beautiful Kalami and Kouloura but spent most of the time lying in the sun and swimming in various scenic spots around Kassiopi. Also enjoyed a cloudy day out in Corfu Town - very elegant, bustling, enjoyable. Would recommend reading Gerald Durrell while in Corfu - very entertaining.

The Doctors House

Perfect location and perfect to have the pool. Good room sizes and aircon worked great. The was a little room for improvement as the downstairs shower head was broken and when the owner came and replaced it it still wasn’t of any use unless you held it. The pool steps could have reached lower down as one of our party struggled to get in and out. I appreciate that the owner likes to keep an eye on his property but I felt he was popping in most days for one thing or another and felt a bit intrusive at times. He did however let us stay in the property until 12pm on our last day and was able to store the luggage until the evening. We would stay again here and would recommend.

A great stay in a pretty house well located

Very well located in Kassiopi, 2 min walk from the center. The interior spaces are spacious and can easily accommodate 6 adults with plenty of storage. The outdoor area is exceptional and very well maintained. Very clean pool. Interior areas could do with updating and refreshing. Bathrooms are dated. The dishwasher is poorly placed, not practical to put the dishes there. Nothing to stop you from having a great stay

Lovely holiday at the Dr's house

We had a wonderful time at the Dr's house, it had everything we needed and is perfectly located for Kissopia. The property owner visited a number of times and was very friendly and wanted to make sure that everything was OK. Cleaner came around midweek and gave everything a really good clean.

Perfect holiday

ust back from an amazing two weeks staying here and can honestly say its the first time all 3 of us (husband, 14 year old son and myself) have all agreed on what a fabulous location and villa it was. Very spacious, clean all needs met. The pool is a great size and nice and warm. I knew Kassiopi from over 30 years ago and it has still maintained its charm. We booked a jeep through Eos on arrival at the airport and service was spot on. Highly recommend Drs House and Eos if you visit Corfu.

Great house but noisy road

We shared this house with friends in mid June 2019. It is as shown in the photos and is bright and airy. The pool and pool area are lovely too with plenty of shade for those hot afternoons. The only remark I would make is to do with road noise, if you are a family with noisy children playing in the pool you probably won’t notice it but you some times had to halt conversation until larger vehicles had passed.
