Alkinoi Seaview Villa with Private Pool

The relaxing and friendly atmosphere of Alkinoi house is just what you need for your vacation. This well-designed house can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideal for families and friends. It is also suitable for families with infants, as a baby cot and a baby chair are provided for our little friends. It constitutes a single level detached house, surrounded by the lush landscape.


It consists of two cozy air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own closet. Towels, linens and blankets are provided.


The living room, with its modern decorative details is accompanied by the kitchen and the dining area. A big window makes the whole room really bright! A smart TV, with satellite chanells is also provided. The modern-decorated kitchen is fully equipped with all the kitchenware needed to prepare a meal. A toaster, an electric kettle, a black coffee machine and a microwave oven are also provided.


The beautiful paved veranda is furnished in order to offer to our beloved guests precious moments, enjoying the lush landmark and the amazing Ionian sea.


About other amenities, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an iron board, a hairdryer and a clothes-drying rack. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub, that provides also hydromassage. Among others amenities are, outdoor private parking and free WiFi for our guests.


Please, it is to be noticed that to reach the property, the road is steep with inclination. Additionally, at the outdoor area of the property there are no rails around, so children must be under supervision!
