  • Exceptional location for this modern house with direct beach access, small fishermen's port, facing the sunset, magnificent daily spectacle. 11x4 infinity pool, large outdoor living areas. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace, everyone wakes up facing the sea. Each has its own bathroom and toilet for perfect comfort and independence. The living room opens wide onto the terrace and its exceptional view .

    Possibility to rent an optional 7-seater boat without license (30 HP) parked at the foot of the house.
    Southwest coast of the island, access by a small wild road and very quiet place with two small beaches not very crowded. Ideal with children .
    Idyllic place to spend a holiday with family or friends .
    A rental of a two-wheeler or a car is essential, the roads are small and steep, we recommend an automatic gearbox for more comfort or even a small SUV rental.
    Shops at 6km and restaurants between 2 and 4 km
