Welcome to our apartment in the heart of Córdoba!

Recently refurbished to the highest standards and elegantly decorated, our apartment is the perfect place to experience authentic Cordoba life. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, TV and air conditioning, to guarantee a pleasant and relaxing stay. In addition, the bedroom has access to a charming private patio, where our visitors can enjoy the Andalusian sun or dine al fresco on cool nights.

The kitchen in the apartment is brand new and is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen is integrated into the same space as the living room, where our guests can relax on the sofa, watch TV or connect to the internet through free WiFi. The entire space is air-conditioned, to guarantee maximum comfort at any time of the year. The bathroom has a sink and shower, and clean towels and toiletries are provided.

The building in which the apartment is located is historic and has a typical Cordovan central patio surrounded by columns, pots and a beautiful water fountain, which makes the stay even more authentic and special.

Our apartment is located in a privileged position, a few minutes walk from some of the most emblematic places in Córdoba, such as the impressive Mosque-Cathedral, the majestic Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, the historic Synagogue, the picturesque Jewish quarter and the impressive Bridge Roman, among others.

In addition, Córdoba is known for its excellent gastronomy, and in the surroundings of the apartment you will find a large number of bars and restaurants where you can taste the culinary delights of the area, such as salmorejo, oxtail or shrimp tortillas, among others. . Every thing was great. Right in the middle of where I wanted to be. Alex was super at responding to my every question. This isn’t like a five star hotel, but I wasn’t looking that, but it was a newly renovated and decorated apartment for a reasonable price that suited a single traveler.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung – es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben.Positiv hervorzuheben:Wir durften eine Stunde früher einchecken, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.Die Wohnung war sauber und gut klimatisiert.Die technische Ausstattung (z. B. Fernseher) funktionierte einwandfrei.Die Lage war sowohl zentral als auch ruhig – für uns ideal.Die Terrasse war schön und einladend.Kleine Empfehlungen:Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sollten gereinigt werden – sie waren leider mit Taubenkot verschmutzt.Eine kurze Anleitung zur Müllentsorgung wäre hilfreich gewesen.Wir sind dankbar, dass wir hier wohnen durften, und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.Liebe GrüßeDiana

Romero Apartment

This was a nice little apt, ideal for two people. Unfortunately the AC didn't work at first and we checked in on Saturday and it wasn't fixed until Monday. Even after being fixed, the humidity still seemed to be high. In addition there was mold in the front room corner causing an unpleasant odor when entering the apt. If it weren't for these issues, I would rate 5* as the location was great. The check in instructions were a video demonstration entry which was a really nice touch.

Perfect for two people--Central to the old city

The apartment was lovely, and you can see that recent upgrades and improvements were completed. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The bedroom is set at the back of the apartment which means it's quiet despite being in such a central location. There is a strong mildew odor in caused by an old leak behind the front door. I mentioned this to the property manager and he said the owners were aware of it, but nothing was done to remediate or at least ventilate the space while we were there. The drains also are not well ventilated, so most nights there was a terrible odor that up into the apartment like sewer or "swamp gas and it kept us up at night. We solved this by placing wet towels over the shower drain, as well as the kitchen sink and bathroom sink drains. This property is rented through a secondary agency, so once you book with VRBO, you'll need to work with this other agency and pay them directly. You are not working with a private property owner, so the "care" factor is lower. They are happy for your business, and that's about it.
